I had the worst experience I've had in a fast food business tonight and It happened in your drive-thru.
I came into your drive-thru at around 2:30am today and upon arriving at the speaker, I was informed that I should go to the first window to place my order. So I drove around to find three cars total ahead of me in line. I didn't expect to be in line long, but boy was I wrong. Luckily, I had time to kill, so no biggie, right?
Once I arrived at the first drive-thru window, I placed my order (two triple cheeseburgers and a large drink, for which I was charged $5.35, as was expected), paid and had a polite conversation with the young lady about driving for Uber.
Now, it took 20 minutes in that line to finally get my food. The mature woman in the second window apologized and explained that another car had added to their order at the second window. Again.... No biggie. I was in a hurry. She handed out my food and I drove forward to allow the next car to do their business.
When I u wrapped one of my sandwiches, I do understand my triple was short a patty. I inspected the second burger and found the same. In addition, the meat on both burgers was old, cold and dry. So I drove around to the speaker again, told the young lady I had a complaint and drove to the first window to show her my food. Upon seeing the problem, she apologized and told me she would make my food fresh for me and asked me to pull up to the second window, which I did.
After about 10 minutes, the mature woman manning the second window noticed me, welcomed me back and asked if I had been helped. I said I had, explained the complaint and told her the solution the young lady at the first window had offered. She seemed contented and moved on.
A couple more minutes passed and the you did lady from the first window opened the second window and offered me out the bag, apologizing again and sending me on my way. I drove forward and checked the new burgers. Only they weren't new.
What I found was the exact same older, colder, drier burgers from before without even the missing patties added. So I drove around to the speaker a third time, thinking she must have grabbed the old bag by mistake. Instead, she informed me that while I was waiting they had switched to breakfast and they wouldn't fix my order.
So they had knowingly handed out a bag containing the same food I returned without offering any explanation or informing me whatsoever. This made me feel as though this was the reason they gave me the shorted triples in the first place. I was the last car of the dinner menu and they figured they could short me rather than cooking more patties to complete my order.
I waited 20 minutes to receive that shorted order in the first place and I received it before 3am, which I presume means that the dinner menu should still have been available. Instead, i was repeatedly handed out old, cold and dry sandwiches that were shorted. Nobody informed me there was a problem. Nobody offered me my money back. Nobody offered a substitution. I was just repeatedly given food that was sub-par and dishonestly and purposely shorted repeatedly, as if they hoped I just wouldn't notice.
I wouldn't be mad at the time frame. I wouldn't be made at mistakes. But even if it was a mistake the first time, the second time was deliberate and the young lady admitted it when I complained the...

Michigan ST location since per your app this was the closest McDonalds with the Cactus Plant value meals/toy combos available. Per the App our meals should have been ready by 5:14pm with curbside pickup #1.At 5:19pm with 0 employees in sight I entered McDonalds only to find out the following information: This McDonalds was out of the Cactus Plant adult happy meal boxes & toys. Since I paid with the app the employees were unable to or refused to refund my order. Because they didn't have what I had ordered no one had even started making my order. The only thing these employees offered was 3 regular value meals in place of the adult happy meals. Since my choice was either this or nothing I relented. The next issue I ran into is the employees failed to bother to make the value meals they told me was my only option until I asked again at 5:27pm where my food was. Please not I had been standing by the pickup counter this whole time. Finally, I was able to leave this McDonalds at 5:31pm with 3 medium sized BigMac value meals which per your app cost $26.29 with tax. Yet I had paid for 3 Large Cactus Plant Flea Market Big Mac Box value meals which cost $35.92 with tax. Read moreThought I was gonna drive up for a quick cup of coffee maybe a bit of food, and this turned into a wait fest RIGHT AT 11 am! What kills me about these places, these McDonald's locations, is that their employees act as if this is the FIRST day of work... everytime! They don't have to do a true changeover from breakfast to lunch anymore, and it still hasn't helped at all. Did I think I was gonna do a frustrated post, NO , I didn't. But did I intend to spend 15 minutes pulled off to wait for ONE sandwich and ONE medium fry? Nope, I didn't but I had to if I wanted my food. Shame on you, McDonald's for doing as little as you can for the people who MADE you! Thailand didn't make you but you jump through fire rings to acquire and keep them. Even going as far as in offering FRIED CHICKEN cause THAT'S what they want. We don't get what we want , but you don't care and I think that's ridiculous. In this small small town why is there this much confusion and wait time for TWO items for a Saturday morning visit ?!
