I ordered delivery on 12/30 at approximately 6:02pm from the Erskine plaza branch. I was quoted 75-85 minutes at the time of my order( screenshots are in the attached pictures). Which would of meant by pizza would be delivered around 7:25.
I recieved a text at 7:13 saying my order was on its way( we live 5 minutes from the Erskine loaction). I called that location at 7:40 and I believe I talked to a young woman named Kelly. It took her about 5 minutes to find my order. Once she found it she informed me that the wait was actually 100 minutes and that the food had just left and should be delivered shortly.
At 8:10 my order had still not been delivered so I called the store again. This time I asked to talk to the manager, Adam. I'm not sure how he got a job there let alone a manager position. When I told him what had happened he knew exactly who I was from my call earlier. He said very sarcastically that the pizza wasn't in his window so that must mean its out for delivery. I asked him if he had any idea how much longer it would be and he said he didn't know, but that he had told the delivery person to deliver our order first and if it wasn't there by 8:45 that it would be a problem and to call back.
My husband went into the store at 8:40 and demanded a refund. Adam said he couldn't but that the boss/owner would be in at 8am the next morning. My husband called shortly after they opened and was told that the boss never came in. We never got our order and were unable to get anything but fast food that night because of how long we waited for our order we never got. I have never experienced such awful customer service and lack of respect! I'm still waiting on a refund for food I paid for and...
Read moreEvery once in a while, we have a hankering for Pizza Hut's pan pizza. However, quality has consistently gone downhill at this location. We used to love the original pan, but after 3 separate instances of it seeming "raw" except on the edges, we finally gave up. They really should get their oven checked out, or increase the time it takes on the conveyor. This hasn't been a problem for us at other locations. Then the issue with half naked pizzas began.
If you want cheese on more than half of your pizza, or if you don't want it to be mostly crust, you'll have to pay $2 extra for "extra" cheese, and even then there is no guarantee. This isn't an exaggeration. The worst case was a couple months ago, when one pizza literally had only sauce and a few toppings on one side.
Finally, sorry, but there is no way it should cost over $30 for ONE "large" 3 topping and a personal pan pizza. I do thank the employee who advised me that it would be cheaper to order online on that occasion. And they are quick; we've always gotten carryout, and never had to wait longer than the drive to get there. There's just a lot more places with better pizza and quality for...
Read moreSo so disappointing. I looked forward to having this pizza all week. It's a luxury for me. I paid full price $30.93 for the pizza and an order of lava cakes. I also ordered garlic dipping sauce which I paid for and never received. I called the store and let them know I paid for but didn't get the sauce. He said I would have a $5 credit on my account. That was the second pizza I have ordered there and this one was awful. It was hard, dry and maybe had one mushroom, and one piece of green pepper, hardly any of the ingredients I ordered on each slice. Worst pizza I have had in years. That $5 credit will sit there forever because I will not order from that store ever again. Second pizza in a row I ordered there and it was the absolute worst. So ___king disappointing. Dry, hard and hardly any of the ingredients I ordered. Domino's ----...
