Starlite Pizza — Restaurant in South Bend

Just tried the Slice app for the 1st time. I was going to try Starlite for the 1st time, because I heard it was 5☆ pizza, but your restaurant canceled the order for some reason, so I guess I'll never know for sure, though I did have a bad 👎 1st experience, hopefully the pending charge on my card disappears quickly. My Bruno's pizza that I just finished was delicious.

Edit: Gave the restaurant another try!! I suppose my last order was canceled because they didn't have wings, because wings weren't an option this time. I'm going to update to 4 stars. Pizza sauce is a bit to sweet for our liking but if you're a fan of sweet sauce definitely give this place a try. It's more of a thin crust style pizza and the sauce goes all the way to the edge so there's no real crust if you're a crust fan. Toppings were good, decent amount. Pizza was cooked well and screaming hot when brought to the table. Service was outstanding, very friendly and on top of clearing used dishes and refilling low glasses. Also the sampler app was really good. Had a variety of things that were all tasty. The cheese sauce tasted kind of cheap, like the cheese from a squeeze can but it was unnecessary in our opinion anyway. Overall good place if you like sweet...

I’m not sure how this place had great reviews. The reviews was the only reason why I tried it. The pizza had no flavor what so ever. It was very plain. The sauce was good. I think it lacks of flavor. It’s not even crispy at least. Looks like it needed more time baking. The price that I paid for was not worth it. I’m very disappointed. Excited to try it and then it wasn’t what I thought it would be. The service was good though. I will not give this another try.
