My wife, three kids and I stopped in on our way home to Florida. We were seated rather quickly and the hostess was friendly. After 30 minutes without being acknowledged by the staff I went to the hostess and asked who would be our waiter, I would understand more had the restruant been busy but our soon to be assigned waitress had only one other table and had been standing gossiping at the counter the whole time we were there. Had we not been in the middle of a twenty hour drive I would of left by this point. The waitress finally comes over to take our order. A couple was sat behind us and received their food and were done eating before we got ours. We ordered the wildfire salad, the rise and shine, a little farmers, and the plenty o pankakes. To make the experience more frustrating I had to get us silverware, straws, ask multiple times for my daughters drink, and there were no kids menu. Being frequent visitors of Bob Evans we knew what they would want,lucky for us. When the food came we got biscuits instead of rolls, links instead of patties, there was chocolate on my daughters pancake which we specifically asked to not have as she won't eat pancake s with chocolate, my wife's wildfire salad had no sauce or dressing, the eggs came scrambled instead of egg whites like requested. We went over the list of what was wrong with the waitress and she argued that the wild fire chicken doesn't have sauce on the chicken and the scrambled eggs are egg whites. At this point I asked to pay for drinks and leave. She said she would get the check without offering to correct the situation. I went to the front counter and asked for the manager, explained what happened and got a simple I'm sorry I didn't realize she was struggling. We left and my wife left a message for corporate and we did not hear back. This wasted over an hour of our already long trip without a single person in the company trying to correct the situation. I am unsure if we will stop at a Bob Evans again giving the lack of customer care all around. Read moreWe haven't been to this location in Circleville Ohio in a long time. They remodeled the inside. They could do with some retraining of their employees or just simply hire new one's. The waitress has been the same the last two times she's polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the cook couldn't get the order correct. The grilled chicken was burnt dark brown and hard to eat. The pancakes were burnt, the cook sent out bacon not the sausage links as we ordered and was on the receipt. I brought it to our waitresses attention who said it would be fixed after waiting some time we received the 3 sausage links cold... After speaking with the manager he offered to remake the pancakes to which I said no and he offered to take care of the bill for me. The manager removed the pancakes & sausage and then still offered for me to use my coupon he couldn't get to work because for some reason the coupons weren't working but he did manage to give me a discount. One of the previous trips to get soup & rolls only led to another staff member giving away my rolls. I had to wait on rolls because there were no rolls ready and then the rolls they gave me weren't done. This time we didn't get our food at all, I call the store and I'm told door dash picked it up. I told them I never received it and the girl talked to her manager and he basically said not his problem we have to talk to door dash.... Well I didn't go thru door dash I went thru their Bob Evans app... So. I have no order number or anything. I call door dash and she tells me that she will call the store and see if they will redeliver it or if not, refund me and that they don't deal with the money bc Bob Evans takes it out directly. The manager plain out said nope they are not remaking or redelivering and they would not refund. So basically the girl from doordash got a hold of Bob evans support and opened a case to get me refunded. So as far as this location... I will never go to again because obviously the manager feels his store is doing good enough that he doesn't bother with good customer service. Never once got on the phone with me or even tried to figure anything out. Poor management. If corporate reads these reviews and has ever wondered why this location does horrible... I would look...
