Keep your child away from working here. The GM is a snake who uses minors for rides home because she cannot afford a car and as soon as your kid stops taking her she treats them terrible. She rarely works a closing shift and refuses to close then turn around and open her she’ll have a minor UNDER 18 work until 2-3am and turn around and make them come back in at 8am, then the next day make them come back to close and turn around and open. She also allows people who work there to sleep in the parking lot. The way she treats the employees and the things she text to them is totally unprofessional behavior. HR does not return your call, the DM also does not step in and correct behavior inside this store when reported. My child signed an offer letter for $16 an hour and they’ve only paid her $13 and said she’d get her back pay on her birthday for the difference but there are some issues with that since the GM has filled all my daughters hours and isn’t allowing her to work.
On an actual review side of the food, we’ve been multiple times, have we had an item missing? Yes, how did we handle it? We walked inside and said it was missing. They apologized, gave us our missing item and apologized again. The food is often over stuffed and doesn’t typically taste right because of it. Sometimes the wait time can be long but it’s often not staffed...
Read moreWent here tonight for the first time since opening and not sure we’ll return. Although it’s closer, we’ll probably continue making the drive to Circleville where the customer service is way better and the food always has great presentation and fresh.
Employees weren’t friendly at all, especially the female manager with the super short haircut. She didn’t even apologize for THEM messing up my order and giving me chalupas that were falling apart. She also didn’t hand me my food, she sat it on the counter and when I said thank you, I got no response. She’s definitely a great leader to look up to. 🙄
Strawberry freeze unavailable. Chalupa shells falling apart. Food flying out of the wrappers as soon as they were opened. Asked for extra sour cream and barely got it.
One of the employees (younger male) on the food line dropped something he was about to package and kicked it super hard under the food line stand.
The seating is ehh.
I totally get a new place is going to have ‘kinks’ but you don’t need training for good attitudes and good food presentation is common sense. Serve something that you’d want to receive.
Another employee was on break/lunch and we overheard him telling a customer he doesn’t even know how much he’s getting paid to work there.

Read moreOpen less than a month ago and already has an average of 2 stars. I couldn't be more disappointed in the establishment that we've allowed into our community.
I shouldn't have been surprised when I arrived at the drive-thru at 11:30 pm on Saturday 09/16 and they were already closed and I couldn't pick up my online order. Honked at the speaker to get ignored by staff inside. Honked at the drive-thru window for a male worker to address me with what I didn't understand about them not answering the speaker and the dining room lights being off. Matching his energy I informed him of my online order when he stated they were closed. I guess Taco Bell makes their own rules regarding when they'll close. Perhaps residents will need to address the municipality about open and posted hours and a good fine or penalty for them being closed when stating they are open. Malls used to follow a similar structure I don't see why we can't do it in a small town.
Just for reference, the male worker stated that Becky told him that it was okay to close the establishment over...
