funny how when there is a negative review for this store that suddenly there are a ton of 5 star positive reviews, same with our experience, my wife and I on our way to a festival stopped and were appalled at the level of disrespect customer's receive, a woman purchased a specialty item and discovered she was given the wrong thing, she attempted to get what she paid for and was told simply they were out of it, the employee then turned away from her to address another customer, she then attempted to get a refund and was given a brush off until another employee came and she said to the woman, "I suppose you want a refund", and flippantly gave the customer a refund, but the worst part was that from the time the customer found they were given the wrong item to the time they were given a refund and left, the other employees ignored her request to correct her order and chose to serve at least 3 other younger customer's joking and carrying on with them as though they were hanging out. this would have been Sunday 14 Oct 2018, in my opinion, all those that were working that day, if I were in charge would have been fired on the spot, even if it meant closing the location until replacements...

My husband went through the drive thru earlier. " A medium coffee with cream" The teller ask him if he wants to donate to their latest cause. He replied " No" The teller proceeded to tell my husband that it's only a dollar. The tone and response of this teller was totally out of line. You don't belittle a customer with that kind of response. My husband then cancelled his order. After thinking about it he parked and went inside to report this to the manager or person in charge. They wouldn't tell him who this in charge person was. At this point my husband is aggravated. He proceeds to tell the 2 tellers this isn't how you theat customers. One of the tellers says I am calling the police. My husband replied go ahead. My husband then waited for the police to tell his version of what happened. Because we live close to this location we occasionally stop by, and EVERY SINGLE time, they are 'out' of donuts or muffins. Today, I was informed after I placed my order. The reply from the gentlemen working was "it's Saturday, we always run out of everything on Saturday" to which I replied "if you know it's going to happen, why not plan for it?" Let me be VERY clear, this wasn't an 11am stop- this was around 9:30a. Other experiences (like listening to the ladies working, gossip about other people in our town) have left me speechless.
