Hardee’s — Restaurant in South Boston

I've eaten at a lot of restaurants and I've tried several Hardee's, but this particular store was horrible today. The food was fair, not great but I don't really expect great food from Hardee's. However, the service was abysmal! The young woman at the register was rude, we said good morning and she didn't even reply. She didn't ask what I wanted to drink with my meal and when I asked for a coffee cup you'd have thought I yelled at her. Then, as we were getting condiments she came over and tried to get us to move so the she could fill the coffee pot. She had a scowl on her face the whole time. Will not be back to this...

No one in line but 2 ham & cheese combos took almost 20 minutes to fix. Fries were cool and the sandwich was so hot, you couldn't handle it in the wrapper. The cheese had melted so much that it was all over the outside of the bun. When it was told to the manager how slow they were. His comment was they're doing the best they can. Hubby told him, no they're not because I saw them back there standing around talking to each other...poor service and food and priced too high for what you get. We won't...

The server was not nice and said that I didn't order what I said that I ordered. She did not make any effort to correct the problem. She just kept counting the money and never looked back again. I started to ask for my money back and leave, but the other gentleman said I am sorry about that sir, I will get you a fry but I have to charge you for them. I have had unfortunate experience at that Hardee's before and wanted give another try. But maybe I should just keep away from...
