I tried to speak to the workers who ignored what I had to say when I told them my pick up was for 4:50 and when they showed me the recipe on their end it was 5:30

I showed them it would be picked up on my phone confirmation 4:50.

When I showed them the confirmation they told me it is what it is and that they didn’t want to call there 3rd party service to fix this mistake as I wasted 40 mins and 20 mins driving to them.

Their communication and service was terrible. I wouldn’t drop my kids off with them for free. They would lie and make excuses as to why their “policy” is more important than the customer.

All I told them to do was to speak to them and fix this error between them and the 3rd party services so this wouldn’t happen and they said I am the problem not the machine. They also told tell me my to wait 40 mins and that it was no big deal. And that their company has a great reputation so my thoughts didn’t matter.

I wouldn’t go there to try their food. I wouldn’t even go there to ask for help if my car broke down. Do not go there if you consider service and communication important to your...

Every time I go here it's amazing service and amazing food, no problems with pick up times either and even if I did have to wait, they make great communication and are always so welcoming, plus the food is amazing. I don't think the manager and store owner speaks a whole lot of English so to some he might seem cold, but he's honestly a great guy. Prices are always the same too so no surprises there. Had a wonderful time here with my family for Thanksgiving. We are hoping there is something for Easter also! The staff was attentive, the food was delicious and there was so much space for everyone. Many times, buffets for special events can be very crowded, however there was more than enough room. This is a plus when you have elderly people with you. We look forward to more events...
