See below another Google review by a customer. Similar thing happened to me today. The same woman was in such a hurry to get to the next customer that she didn't let the bagger finish bagging my stuff. Then when he handed me the grocery bags and tried to leave she yelled at me and grabbed my bag and accused me of taking the other customers bag of 3 tomatoes!!! I asked her why the bagger gave me the other customers stuff? Then the bagger proceeded to shoo me off saying "finished finished, go go". Absurd and utterly embarrassing for me. The management is not answering my calls because the woman Raji is not putting me through to them. So unprofessional.

I trashed the paper thinking it was the bill. She sent someone after me, called me in and asked for the bill. I said I trashed it. She got irritated and said I had to sign it but I told her she didn't tell me that, not all stores ask for a signature. She asked me to get the bill from the trash. I said I cant. This is the worst I have ever been treated at a grocery store. Hope the owner selects customer...

I recently visited apna bazaar, my experience was ok. My previous experience with apna bazaar was never really good. This time for a change, some of their vegetables were very fresh. They looked like straight from the farm. Their store made fresh chapati was also very good. My only and actually big disappointment there is they stock expired products. Unfortunately a lot of Indian snacks and other things are sold with no expiry date. I bought two packets of boondi, the one that is used for raita. Those packets were old I could say, as when I made raita with that boondi, I tasted like old oil 😖 This store is a lot better under the new management but it still needs more improvement. I hope they improve their store, so I don't have to drive to farther...
