Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in South Carolina

This was the absolute worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to, let alone ice cream place.

First and most important of all, they didn’t have 31 flavors, only like 15. Many of the containers were also empty. All of the flavors were missing labels except for a couple of them. The ones that were labeled were labeled incorrectly, and you can forget about trying to eyeball the flavors because the glass covering them was full of condensation from all the ice cream being melted. The workers didn’t even know where the flavors were or which flavor was which.

Despite there being no other customers when my family and I were there, the employees behind the counter were reluctant to help us. Both of them were extremely rude, unsanitary, and unprofessional, even though one of them was supposed to be the manager.

My sundae was smooshed with a lid, where the melted ice cream was seeping out of the sides, dripping everywhere. The lady just said “I couldn’t fit the lid on there”; no apology, no napkins, nothing. Their milkshakes were also 50% milk.

After eating their ice cream, I ended up having stomach problems. However, their bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper, so don’t expect to get rid of the ice cream before you leave this place.

Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would advise never stepping foot in this unholy establishment. The ice cream selection and quality sucks, the workers were very nasty and unpleasant, and the building needs a health...

So disappointed in this location. Stopped in for ice cream. Standing waiting at the ice cream counter. Two employees were assisting other customers- one at the drive thru and the other at the register. A third employee was cleaning tables and seats as we stood there waiting. It wasn’t until I said to my husband I understand the tables need to be cleaned but is she just going to let customers stand here. She must have heard me and came over. I told her I wanted 2 scoops on a cake cone. She asked the other employee which one is a cake cone. He told her they were out of them. I said ok a sugar cone then. Again she asked him which one is a sugar cone. She then scoops the smallest 2 scoops that combined wouldn’t have equaled a single scoop. Pi’s are literally the size of the scoops. Total was almost $17.00 for two double scoop cones and a single scoop cup! Will not be going back. Oh and I guess we were going to eat the single scoop in the cup with our hands because we had to ask for a spoon. That really should be common sense. Very disappointed as we usually stop here...

This place advertises that they are open till 10 pm on their website. My wife and I arrived at 9:05 PM. The door was locked and the sign said they were open. Other potential customers were in the same boat as us. The young man inside shouted they are closed so we all departed. I decided to call the next morning at 11 am on April 29 to speak with the manager. I explained what happened and she said the web information is for summer hours. So,as a customer, I said they should update the website to reflect that, but she replied, very rudely, that she did not have control of that and she did not care! There was no apology for the inconvenience and she hung up!!Some one in this organization needs to monitor and educate these employees about courtesy and customer service. We will never go there again!! I wish I could give...
