Bojangles — Restaurant in South Carolina

I normally don’t have to write negative reviews but for once a fast food place has gotten me genuinely peed off. I come to this bojangles often after work and I even 99% of the time tip the workers at the window. The only thing I order every time is bo berry biscuits, extra icing, and a cup of extra extra icing on the side please. I ALWAYS offer to pay for the cup of the icing on the side and literally if I had to I would pay 2 dollars for it. They always give it to me…. but the last FIVE times I’ve been given then “extra” icing on the side and on the biscuits, it’s been honestly sad. I just came from here about 20 minutes ago and the biscuits had a very very mediocre amount of icing on them. The “extra” icing cup was literally so little that when I tipped the cup to the side about two drops poured out before I had to start scraping from the bottom. I know this might sound dramatic but as someone who has literally always worked in customer service I feel like this is just poor customer service. If I’m willing to pay the extra money for something I’d rather you charge me then give me the absolute most bare minimum especially when I’ve been horribly nice and patient. Maybe I’m not asking firmly enough I don’t quite understand but the amount of times this has happened now has made me quite sad. I hope it...

To start this off because we had just came out of our school tournaments, and decided to stop at this bojangles.; While the food was great our service was even better. Bo-daddy as he referred to himself, was a great hostess/server/welcomer and had just a great atmosphere overall he welcomed us, and engages with our whole team after a long TWO long days of nonstop competitive speaking , we were very tired and had no energy to even get though the rest of the day but as soon as we got to this Bojangles it seemed as if we just sat down for the first time and talked it really made us enjoyed our meal. Overall bodaddy was a great guy to help accommodate us, and Keke the cashier who also very helpful, and patient with the large party we had. thank you for this experience and wonderful meal. June, 5th, 2022, around 1900 hrs. We ordered to go pick up. We arrived around 1930 hrs, to pick up food. Parked in pick up spot and used app to confirm. A very nice gentleman delivered food to the car pulled ahead in drive through. He nodded at us, to confirm we were next. The people in the drive thru were so rude to the entire staff. We heard the n word multiple times. I hate white people was said a lot. Something about who was first at drive thru. Caused it. None of this was from the employees. This was from people in the line. To the gentleman that brought the food out to others and us, thank you so much. You held you cool very well. All the workers were so nice. People please start being nice to each other.
