I do not like leaving bad reviews. But this place is bad. This is my 2nd time here and I will never come back again. I don’t kow how Bojangles allows this location to be franchised. I won’t mention my first time. But only the last one. Got in line behind a car at 8:10 on a Friday night. Only two cars in line. Waited a good five minutes behind first car that pulled in to the drive through. Finally a speaker came on and asked what they wanted. They ordered clearly. I could here them 20 ft back. Twice. Person inside said just pull around. They asked the total. We don’t have your order, just pull around Just pull around. I pull up. I’m there for five minutes. Finally a what can we get you. I repeated my order twice and it was still wrong. Pull up to the window. She just tells me my total. No sorry, no hi, no how are you. Takes my card, hands it back to me without a word and walks off. Then someone else hands me my food and didn’t ask if I needed any sauce or anything. Just hands it out and says have a good night. I got a Cajun sandwich. It was ICE COLD. Now I almost never eat fast food, but I had to work late tonight. I’ve worked at Fast food joints in my life and I know how stressful it can be at times, but it seems like the stuff that is going on here is just not cared for. This is my 2nd visit in 6 months with the same experience. And I have heard the same experiences from other people that have been here. This place really makes me never want to go to a Bojangles again. This time taught me. Management, you really need to take a look at your staff...
Read moreI went for breakfast this morning and the drive thru was closed for whatever reason and I had to go in, no problem. However, there was a young man ahead of me, (there were two customers between us) and he paid for him and his friends breakfast, it was $12 and some change and he paid with a 20 dollar bill. When the girl handed him his cup he walked to the fountain machine and fixed his drink, forgetting his change. The girl at the register told the girl working the line he didn't get his change and she told her hold up, just leave it and the girl at the register, Kayla - I asked her name didn't say a word to the boy!!!! When I got my food from the girl working the line I asked her name and she told me, Kayla. She then turned to Kayla and laughed and told her she was about to be called on for something. I informed them both that I most certainly was going to call and report her for keeping the young man's money and proceeded to my car. The boys were still there in their car eating their breakfast and she saw them as well and did not come out of wave him in to get his change. He sat there for almost three minutes and she didn't try to make it right!!!! I watched them drive away looking dead at the boys!!!! I have been calling the store since 9:30am, 17 times to be exact and the phone rings and rings until a busy signal comes on! I have tried from six different numbers and nobody has answered all day!!!! I'm still livid over this blatant theft and I will not let this go! I will also never go back to this or any other Bojangles...
Read morei visited this location a little after 10 p.m. last week & I ordered a 2 piece dinner with sides and a cajun fillet Club combo & pork chop biscuit with gravy. I was given no receipt for my transaction that night which caused me not to be able to take my food back without a receipt. I waited atleast 10 to 15 mins on my food and i was the only one in the drivethrough. I got home and to find out my fries were hard cold and old. I was upset about that because I love bojangles fries. My tea was a little overly sweet as well. But I will return to this location as it local to my residence in hopes of a better visit. Always make sure you give hot fries to customers and hot fresh food. The cajun fillet Club was good hot & fresh so I guess that was what my wait was for while it was freshly cooked and im fine with that. But to receive a hot sandwich with cold fries was a let down. The pork chop biscuit i ordered was good accept i had no country GRAVY on it as i asked and paid for.... I did not receive the gravy. By the time i got home they were closed and too late to take my food back and i was given no receipt for what i purchased. I have been in the food business 15 years plus so i know what to expect. As a returning customer I just ask that you give fresh hot prompt nice customer service. Thats what brings customers back. Im also a former Bojangles employee so I know what to expect...
