Pizza and Then Some — Restaurant in South Carolina

I ordered a sub, Italian type not sure what they called it to be exact, a large pizza & 19 or 20 wings. The sub was great, all fresh, toasted & exceeded expectations! The pizza was for my son which LOVES pizza more than he loves me I sometimes think, lol. If he could he'd have it daily but this is the first time I've ever saw him eat 2 pieces then stop & never touch it again. I thought I'd faint when he said he didnt like it. I looked at it and it did look as if it needed a bit more time in the oven. The cheese & toppings just didnt look done nor did they cover the pie. It was like a unordinarily large gap from the toppings to the crust. It just looked like a few things just didnt go right or get followed thru completely. I told him that it surely was a one time thing & couldnt be that way ordinarily & we should try again.... we'll see. The wings were great as well.....all wings have climbed on up their pricing but that's not yalls doing😉. So 2 out of 3 ain't bad.....its what I've heard all my life anyways. But to be quiet honest when we stopped in there it was like 9:54 pm almost closing time.... that too may've had some influence over the turn out of the pizza!! I dont doubt the pizza there is...

Have given this place multiple chances to get us good pizza but not happening. Not only do you have to pick it up but I still have to wait longer than they said and this last time they forgot to make one of my pizzas. So I waited 10 minutes for it and it sucked yet again. Asked for extra sauce on one, no signs of that or much meat. The one they had forgot had extra cheese, also no sign of that and skimpy toppings. They both look like they had sat around for a while, which is hard to imagine, but regardless they lack any resemblance to good pizza. And cost $26. I get people are still somehow short staffed but I have yet to see a seasoned adult manager in there teaching these high school kids how to make good pizza, good customer service etc. How do you expect new employees to do a good job with no leader. Poor customer service. I placed a hand tossed order for pickup by mistake and meant for it to be thin crust so I called back after they made it and told them to cancel and remake it to thin crust and when I arrived he said they never made it because he couldn’t tell them to do that because he wasn’t the cook….then why the hell are you answering the phone taking orders? Of course you can tell them to remake it lol. That makes no sense and is very rude and unprofessional.
