Burger King — Restaurant in South Carolina

I wish this location was better! I like BK but it’s always a hit or miss! The manager guy is eager to help and provide good service however doesn’t come out that way! Condiments always missing from bag, fries or hash browns no ketchup, French toast sticks no syrup! It sucks, the hash browns and fries always needs to be sent back because they are light colored not golden cold greasy and old! I guarantee when an employee fixes their food it’s nothing like what they hand out the window! And God forbid you order your sandwich customized! BK advertisement says “Your way” and it’s never our way! The attitudes are the worst, why so angry?! I worked at BK in high school, back then BK had a 99 cents Whopper promo! We were always swamped but I never had an attitude or gave out poor quality food! I don’t understand! Don’t like your job find a new one! It’s sad how poorly customers are treated!!! I placed an online order at 9:33 am as I walked into the store. 2 breakfast biscuits combo. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. The manager put my coffee on the counter at about minute 4. After 10 minutes, she informs me that they have no biscuits, but they're making them right now. Can I wait about 15 minutes for them? I then ask if she could just make them croissants instead... Sure! Well, 15 minutes later, my biscuits come out of the oven. Thinnest biscuits I've ever seen by the way. I watch the woman in the back make my sandwiches and at 9:55 am, I finally get to eat with an apology from the manager for my wait.

Biscuits are over cooked, hard, dry, and borderline crunchy. The sausage one tastes bland. The ham in the other one is undetectable save for the leathery slice of overcooked pig I can't chew. The coffee is cold. Nothing is wrong with the hash browns - probably the best part of my breakfast...

Walked in to nobody at the counter. I saw 3 employees working and 1 on break. We stood there about 5 minutes before being acknowledged by the employee on break. She asked if we'd been served and I replied that we haven't nor were we even spoken to. She had great difficulty getting the card reader to work and eventually used the drive thru machine. After standing there waiting for my receipt, I asked for it since she had moved on to the next customer. She informed me that the drive thru machine doesn't give receipts. Funny how I always get a receipt when I go through the drive thru. The wait was pretty long considering only 1 customer was in front of me. After receiving our warm food, we were quite disappointed with the lack of flavor. Whoppers use to have that flame broiled taste, but it was very bland. Unfortunately, the service at the previous Burger King was not any better with a 30 minute wait in line with 4 ahead of me, then receiving the wrong order.
