I have ordered from this location twice: take-out in November and delivery in December. When I arrived to pick up my take-out order back in November, I was told it was ready. After waiting an additional 20 minutes one of the staff informed me that my order had been sent to another person on delivery. The staff offered to remake my order. Forty-five minutes later the "remade" pizzas were poorly made and did not include certain ingredients (sauce). When I gave this location a second chance in December the driver went to the wrong home and took additional time to deliver our pizzas. When they finally arrived one of the pizzas was correct and the other pizza was not what I ordered and had clearly been dropped. The store remade the pizza and delivered the correct order an hour later. The store manager offered to compensate me for the hassle with with 2 large 2-topping pizzas when I spoke to him in person. When calling this evening to order, the store said they would only compensate 1 medium 2-topping pizza. This Domino's location is atrocious. After over a month from prior review I ordered delivery from the same location. Completely different result. The timing was impressive, the food was as if it was straight out of the oven and I can't think of any negative factors. The delivery driver was very courteous, so I felt an extra tip on top of online tip chosen on the website was more than fair. Not from any of the employees but from the GM- Chris! Now everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Hell he may have just had a rough day but not over the course of 4 visits.
