In the olden days when there was such a thing as "customer service", the motto was, "The customer is always right, even if they're wrong". Today apparently the motto is, "The customer is always wrong even when they really are right and have technological proof". I ordered a salad and loaded tots from Domino's last Wednesday night. I live a block from there, but didn't really want to get out in the rain especially after having a glass of wine, so I had it delivered. It took a really long time to get here. It seemed to sit in "quality control" for about half an hour. I mean the salad is already made and prepackaged and the tots take about 15 mins. to cook, so I was a little confused as to what the hold up was. When it finally did arrive, I was given the wrong order. I was able to catch the guy before he left, but when I finally got that straightened out I went inside to eat my loaded tots. They were stone cold, there were four tiny little crumbs of bacon, and no parmesean sauce as per the menu on the website. So I called and spoke to a young girl and I told here what happend. She asked me if I wanted them to send me out some more and I said yes please, I would like what I paid for and warm food. She said it would be a half hour. Over an hour later, still no tots showing up. I called down there and asked to speak to the manager and the woman said she was the manager...the general manager (BTW, they all say they're a general manager even if they're not). I told her what happened and she started arguing with me and told me they weren't going to replace the tots because parm sauce does not come on the loaded bacon tots; "they never have and never will." I told her well I have ordered them several times before and they always came with the parm sauce, it's on the menu on the website and even a choice as to normal quantity or none. She started getting really pissy and beligerant towards me and basically calling me a liar. When I questioned her being a "General Manager" she hung up on me. You see I was going to finish my sentence by saying, "because a general manager would know that there is supposed to be parm sauce on the bacon loaded tots," but nope she hung up. So I took the cold tots they originally delivered, and went down there. I reminded her that she hung up on me mid sentence. She said yes, because I disrespected her by questioning whether she was really the General Manager. I also took a picture of my computer screen which clearly lists parm sauce on the tots. When I showed the screenshot on my phone, she was very puzzled and said she's never seen that before. I told her I wanted my delivery charge refunded since I had to come down there to get my food. She said, "Oh, I'm refunding the entire order and don't you ever come back to or order from Dominos again. I told her that definitely was not a problem. As an aside, I lived without ever eating at a Dominos for 13 years before they came to Piedmont, and you know what? I can definitely do without it for at least another 13 years. Thanks Domino's and Connor Rice for the great customer service experiences that I have never received from your Domino's store. I wish you luck; you will need it with the current customer service protocol that your employees...
Read moreWe are very regular consumers and have had wonderful experiences with every order UNTIL one night ordering from my daughter’s house! Ordering from home, perfecto👌 Trying to order from there was a nightmare! We had 6 hungry children screaming for food and after 30 minutes of trying to get the order to go through I called the store. Spoke with an extremely rude staff member who was about to hang up on me before I asked to speak with yet another extremely rude manager! They kept telling me there was nothing they could do! They say “Sometimes it glitches”!! To get the special it had to be ordered online! I could have just ordered it regular, but at this point I was so irate I wasn’t giving them a dime! Wound up going to dollar general and getting chicken nuggets! I mean if they had even offered a coupon or ANYTHING, showed ANY compassion for the problem, ect, I would have gotten the pizzas that night, but with the rudeness I got… hell naw!! Ordering from home would be 5 star, but DEFINITELY do NOT order from a...
Read moreDry pizza. Just crust. No sauce. No cheese. A few strands of bell pepper and barely any pepperoni. Mama Mias will now be getting all of our business. Thank you for making this a clear, easy choice for my family. Minus 50 stars 👎 😔 waste of time and money. Go somewhere else. They don't know how to make a good Domino's pizza. I worked at one in the 90's. This place is stingy with all the basic pizza ingredients. If you like dry pizza with no cheese, this is your place. We make pizzas at home that are 200% better. Please retrain your people. I will never spend another hour of my time driving there and back. You won't see my dollars spent there. If we weren't so hungry and pressed for time, i would have returned the pizza and talked to the owner or manager. We were excited about getting a Domino's, but now we are over it. This is not how Domino's makes pizzas. Greedy greedy greedy Thank goodness it wasn't a birthday or special occasion! And the pizza wasn't barely cut. Trainwreck. Hire...
