Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Carolina

They are good if you manage to catch them at a not busy time throughout the work week when there are actual adults in the building. I have gone there multiple times on the weekends and been sorely disappointed EVERY time. I have had multiple times where I've gone and had to wait in the drive thru line for upwards of 25 minutes and then got to the window to find out that they have forgotten one of the items I've ordered. Not only that but most of the staff they have there on the weekends is untrained teenagers. A couple weeks ago, I sat at the window for almost 10 minutes because none of the staff members who were trying to make my drink knew how to make it. I ordered a Macchiato with caramel, which is on the menu and as such, the staff should know how to make it. Instead I watched, and listened as they left the window open, as the teenagers just stood around having conversations not pertaining to anything even remotely work related and just kept saying that they didn't know how to make my drink. Finally the one person who looked like they were an adult, maybe 20ish, came over and asked what I was waiting on and I had it within a minute. She turned around and made it and offered me a donut for the wait. I was already late for work at that point and wasn't going to wait for them to get me a donut so I just got my coffee and left. And if you are going to have your staff wear masks at least have them wear them appropriately, not under noses, over chins, or constantly having to touch them to adjust them. What is the point in offering whipped cream in the store if no one ever puts it on after asking for it in the order? No one ever repeats back what I order. Half the time I never get a receipt and they always seem upset about something. I only order one thing and it's the same thing everytime but yet somehow I never get it. I can order an ice latte and will get a regular latte. But they never repeat what I order at the speaker or at the window to confirm what I wanted. Never. If whipped cream is such a problem then take it out of all the stores so no one can ask for it cause we don't get it anyways. I don't understand customer service anymore. Makes no sense why you get angry with me when I said whipped cream in my order and YOU even repeated back whipped cream and then don't give it me. Slam it down all you want but we both said whipped cream. **DD needs to have a better system at keeping up with orders so the employee can read it back and follow instructions given by the paying customer. **Just to add on, I hate leaving reviews, especially bad ones but this store deserves it. The customer service is never good and is always bad. I don't know how they do their hiring process at this location but qualifications must be a "Dick's Last Resort" attitude. If I wanted that I'll go order a coffee at Dick's. They need a better crew that can offer the customer what they want and ordered and doesn't get offended or angry when confronted about...

Awful! I went to Dunkin Donuts on Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greenville, SC this morning (10/25/16) at 6:45 a.m. to pick up breakfast for my son and me. I pulled up and could not understand the person on the speaker, so I cut my car off in order to hear better, however, that didn't make things better. I pulled up to the window so that I could order but was informed very rudely that they didn't have croissants ready, that they were still baking so I ordered the turkey sausage flatbread sandwich and the DD Smart egg and cheese muffin. They informed me - rudely again - that they didn't have the DD Smart egg and cheese muffin, only a veggie (even though it's advertised up and down Wade Hampton Blvd), so I explained that it was egg and cheese on an english muffin, so they said they's swap it out. I didn't have time to wait on the croissants to finish baking, so I took my order and left. When I got home, I had the egg and cheese on the english muffin but instead of the turkey sausage flatbread I had the veggie egg white. While I understand that mistakes are made and people can misunderstand orders, I don't feel as though anyone needs to wait FOREVER to get two items (with no other person in line), that employees are unfamiliar with their own menu items and then treat the customer rudely and as though they don't know what their talking about.
