Frog's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in South Carolina

Me and my family had made a big order of wings 75 wings the 25 mile ones was half of a pan of Grease we called up there to have them fix it or to resolved problem and they thought it was funny I talked to Jenna I talked to Stephanie and I talked to one other staff member and they was all rude and disrespectful and thought it was funny. I asked to get the owner's name and number and she would not give it to me customer appreciation always comes first the customer is always right you cannot feed any one the wings cause the pan was full of grease. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you do order or eat from there please please make sure that the order is perfect before leaving they will not try to fix or solve their solution very unprofessional. This is not the first time that we have had a problem but we try to overlook it because a few times they was busy not today though. We have never seen or heard of them having a policy of checking your food before you leave. Today I went into frogs to pick up my order and the lady behind the bar was very Rude she didn’t Speak she just looked at me and said your order isn’t ready which was ok but what was disgusting to me was while I was standing in line she went and pack my order and gave it to me I was trying to give her my money but instead she told the white guy behind me all friendly and nice his food was ready gave it to him and took his money asked him if he needed anything else he said yea a sweet tea she fix the sweet tea like I wasn’t standing there 1st trying to pay her for the food she packed up and just gave to me without saying 1 word to me ..she did all of that finally got my money and gave my change back and walk away she didn’t say thank u do u need anything else or nothing, I have heard the rumors about how they low key DONT want black people in they bar but today I felted it I was really in shock how that lady treated me I love ordering they wings and I never had this problem but it’s clear they low key don’t want us black people in there..I can never support they...

I had to wait over an hour for my food. I understand they were busy, but after so long I had to go over to the counter ask if my order was ready and a lady checked and it had been sitting there for quite some time and I had been sitting there and they never let me know. I checked my order, it was correct. When I got home I was exited because every time we had eaten here before it had been excellent. To my surprise it was awful. The wings were dry, cold and just nasty. I asked for medium raw fries, little crunchy, I got raw,raw, could not even eat them. Ordered 36 wings, 6 boneless,and 2 trays of raw fries ending up throwing everything away, could not eat any of it. Was so disappointed. This had been my favorite place to eat wings, but after this experience not sure if I will be back. Very disappointed. Not sure what the problem...
