Hardee’s — Restaurant in South Carolina

Came by this Hardees (Lugoff 601) Monday evening (11-05-2018) hoping to get one of their roast beef sandwiches as advertised on TV. A friend in Lexington, SC said they had them at Hardees there and he had just picked up some. I was told by the attendant that Lugoff would not have them until the next day.

Today (11-08-2018) around 12:30PM, went to drive-thru and ordered roast beef sandwiches. Sat in line, waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, easily 20-30 minutes with no one in the drive thru window booth. A big tanker from Val-Pro grease trap in Ward, SC pulled up in front. Yummy! Driver goes inside and is in for quite a while and still no attendant in drive-thru booth. I get to thinking that whatever is going on inside must be something freakin' nasty and I sure as hell don't want anything to eat from here, certainly not today. Whatever is going on, the growing line at the drive-thru is not a priority to whoever is inside. About that time, the truck, level with the drive thru, in front of me must have reached the same conclusion and drives away. I did the same. It is a shame that the Lugoff Camden area has to make do with this...

If there was a No star rating that would be it. My father and I went to the drive thru after working all day, and the sign didn't have any items on it. Lady was extremely off-putting taking our order. We ordered a #4 and a #8 with large unsweetened tea's. We were at the window, they gave us sweet tea. I asked for them to fix it and the kid told me to come inside and get it myself because they put wrong tea in and didn't want to walk around the counter. I said, I'm not coming inside, you need to fix it. He got all huffy amd started yelling so I told him to get me my tea that I ordered and he flipped out. ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. GIVE ME WHAT I ORDERED. I was nice and polite until he got an attitude. I will not be going back. Lazy, incompetent employees. The kid took pictures of my rental truck tag and then I kept saying to get my drink and he stormed out and quit his job. If he wouldn't had been lazy, and corrected his mistake it would've been fine. People do not go to a drive thru to get copped an attitude with when the employee messed up. Horrible...

Went to Hardee's for a charbroiled beef burger. Dined in, no crowd was basically empty. Service expectations high. Ordered the Swiss mushroom burger, added lettuce and tomato with fries. Husband ordered bacon cheeseburger, no cheese and no mayo; extra bacon. Presentation was nice. Order was wrong: they didn't add lettuce and tomato to my burger; had cheese and mayo on Rich's burger. I took his to the counter and asked for a remake with no cheese and no mayo. Took the lettuce and tomato off that and added to mine. Got the 2nd burger and guess what, still had cheese on it. Rich just scraped off what he could with a knife. It was disappointing, especially because we were just about their only dine in customers. They had a few drive-thru customers but another worker was servicing them. Probably won't go back for a burger. Will just go for breakfast. I can say the...
