Wingstop — Restaurant in Greenville

I haven’t personally been, but my wife who door dashes just left there and stood inside for nearly twenty minutes as the lady behind the counter hadn’t spoken to her. Another dasher came in after my wife and the lady behind the counter began to help her after just a few minutes. Now My wife and I are white. The lady behind the counter was black, the dasher that came in after was black. I’m not trying to start anything, but my wife felt like just because she was white is why she was ignored for as long as she was. Do better, be less racist. I have no problem with anybody I get along with everyone and I will be praying for the hardened hearts of people who live and think this way. Twice now I’ve had the same food order from Wingstop in Greenville, SC delivered incorrectly. I realize this isn’t entirely the delivery driver’s fault, but what really upset me was how Uber Eats handled the mistakes.

The second time it happened, I left feedback. Their response was: “This order is not eligible for a refund.” I NEVER asked for a refund. I was simply pointing out that maybe, just maybe, drivers should confirm the items before leaving—since this has now happened more than once.

I came in to pick up my food and there was already 100 people in there whatever but what made it worse was the employees arguing, the unorganization and unprofessional environment. I saw one employee camp out in the bathroom having to get called to come out while on the phone and my food took forever even though I had ordered it 30 minutes prior.
