Not just roaches in places, but I went here with my son and friend on our motorcycleās we walked into lobby with 8 mins. To spare before only drive through was open, the manager got extremely mouthy and rude with us three told us we needed to go to drive through the lobby is closed we said oh so sorry didnāt realize as doors werenāt locked we walked out she leaned out the door said other rude things we didnāt understand or listen too actually went to bikes went to drive through where they made us sit for 6 minutes before ever taking my friends order and me and my son waited for 9 minutes to give it app code for purchase we made to pick up they not only got our food wrong and it was cold the messed drinks up size of meals everything only one young lady working drive through was feeling bad for how we were treated my friend went to atm across the street got 20.00 out we all walked it to drive through window manager real rude like yanked window open on drive through and rudely asked why are we standing there looking at her we spoke out said we got the right and want to speak with young lady that was there she about refused it when lady heard what we asked for and walked into sight manager rolled her eyes and walked away as we stated thank you to the young lady for showing care towards us and treated us so nicely and all her a tip for you and handed her the $20.00 she smiled you could tell it made her day but she made itās too with being so kind and not like her co workers and manager was, but to add we tried taking our food back due to mess up and cold and missing items haha yeah that mind you didnāt go over good she ran her mouth so much with another employee ugh worst place ever I think Iāve ever been please share your words about this particular MC Donalds e we donāt need...

June 18, 2024, I pulled into space number 5 at 3:55 pm. I placed my order through the app and I received my digital receipt at 4:03 pm. I then waited until 4:21 pm and no one ever came out, even after the app alerted me my order had been ready for at least 10 minutes. I then decided to go in and complain, but I said nope, the whole point of ordering through the app is so I don't have to get out of my car. So I decided to just jump in the drive thru. After setting at the speaker for another 5 minutes waiting for someone to come on, I decided to drive around to the first window, which took an additional 10 minutes to get there because of the cars in front of me. I knew I might have to wait, but it would have been the same inside. When I get to the window, I explain to the lady what happened and all she can say is drive to the second window. So I get to the second window and the young boy working that window says nothing after I explain to him. He just closes the window and walks away and begins talking with someone. I even showed him the digital receipt on my phone. So then the manger comes to the window and I explain to her. So she immediately asks me what I had. I told her, and she said I will get that remade for you. So I pull to the 3rd window and she brings me my food almost immediately. The crew there has the personality of a rock, with the exception of the manager. She was very courteous and was prompt to get my order completed and the issue resolved. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, told it would be a bit of a wait as it was being cooked fresh, and I said great, just what I wanted. But that's not what I got. What I did get and paid for was a waste of my time and money. It was flat, dried out, and tasteless. Just because someone knows how to throw a frozen burger pattie on a hot grill doesn't mean they know how to cook. And I know why, because I know how to cook. You cook on one side until it's time to flip and cook on the other side until ready to serve -depending on the particulars of the burgers size, etc. But, apparently what happened to my double burger with cheese, it was decided by McDonald's that a 200 pound anvil needs to be placed on top of my burgers while cooking. This, of course, flattens the burger while squeezing out all the flavorful juices, leaving me with a flat, dried out, tasteless burger meal with cheese on it. And I'm expected to enjoy that and pay for it? Yes, HORRIBLE!!!! It's been quite a while, but when McDonald's first started advertising their new 'cook-it-fresh' while you wait, I just happened to catch one of those before I heard the advertising and I was blown away! It was the best burger that I've ever had at McDonald's. And, unfortunately, most McDonald's don't cook the same way and so it's always a hit and miss -very mostly miss, in getting a burger prepared the way it should be.
