I decided to give them another shot after someone from McDonald’s gave me a call to apologize for the poor customer service from my last review.
This time I decided to use the App to place an online order so I wouldn’t have to deal with the incompetent staff.
I place my order online and walk in. I head to the counter and tell a staff member that I’m there to pick up my online order.
She clearly had no idea what I was talking about and grabbed another staff member who also had no idea what I was talking about. She then goes back to doing her work.
I wait patiently for 5-10 minutes before asking another staff member what was going on with my order. She proceeds to tell me that they’ll tell me when my order is ready. Another 5-10 minutes pass by and i talk to someone else who grabs who i assume to be a manager. The manager shows them how to log in my online order and my food is ready within 2 minutes.
I leave and start driving half way home and realize that they left out an order of fries. I drive back & they give me my fries.
In short, I spent 30 minutes trying to get my food at McDonalds. The staff was pleasant this time but still incompetent. The staff needs to be trained on the basics, like how to process an online order. And how to ask for help so a customer doesn’t have to wait 20 minutes for food. And how to place all the food in the bag so a customer doesn’t have to drive half way home just to realize they left out food that he had waited 20 minutes on. Sad.
Update: Just went again because it’s the closest food place to my apartment. I ordered a McGriddle meal & a #2 meal. I ordered a sweet tea, & a Dr. Pepper.
I then told the attendant (working drive thru @ 5:30 a.m. on 05/24/2018) that I would like a coke instead. The worker then goes on to say “OH MY GODDDDDD” because I changed my drink order.
Seriously?!? I’m going to get sassed because I want to change my drink order?
I then move forward to pay. She then asks if I want a free Dr. Pepper & I say yes. She gives it to me, along with the rest of my order.
Once I go to eat my food, we realize that she just gave us 2 Dr. Peppers & 1 sweet tea when I had asked for a coke & a sweet tea.
Andddddd instead of getting my McGriddle & a #2, I got a McGriddle & a McMuffin.
When is the franchisee or corporate going to fire everyone & then rehire?

I sat in line for 15 minutes in the drive-thru and was passed over 4 times.
I sat there constantly saying "Hello" to get the attendants attention. After waiting in line and starving I decided to drive up and I sat at the first window for a few more minutes and had no one come to that window.
Then I drove to the second window and spoke with a gracious young lady and I explained the situation.
But then some young little punk with a red colored beanie and an untucked shirt started raising his voice at me. He was yelling that it was not possible for me to have been in line for that long and not have had someone place my order and that I couldn't place an order at that window.
All while I remained calm, and patient, and after that brief exchange, I calmly told them to have a good night and I drove off to another McDonald's 10 minutes away where I was serviced immediately.
Seriously. This is the most inefficient McDonald's that I have ever been to.
And it is like this every night. I know this because I get off of work very late and I just get something from the Drive-Thru since I am exhausted and don't have the energy or time to cook.
Every time I visit this McDonald's during the night, I always have a 10, 15, or 20 minute wait in the drive thru line. And the inside is filthy at night.
I will never visit this location again. It is 3 minutes from my home, but I'd rather drive the extra 10 minutes to get to another location because I will get my food faster and I won't have some little punk yelling at me. My patience was worn thin tonight. I drove off to avoid ending up on WorldStar. Seriously. Awful. Bad. Garbage. Do not come here.

Read moreCustomer service was extremely rude and DO NOT want to do THEIR JOB. Associate that was handing out the orders was really rude and overall inappropriate. Not just to 1 customer but to all. A few examples: 1 customer ordered a happy meal that should have came with a toy. The mother did not see a toy and she went up to the desk to ask for one. The associates would just look at her and ignore her. Finally the one associate came over and she was annoyed that the mother asked for a toy for her daughter. The associate didn’t even let the customer finish her sentence, she just walked away from the desk. After the associate returned I was polite and let the associates know that my order was wrong (I ordered a plain burger and they gave me a burger with cheese on it). The same associate was extremely upsetting, she said “you ordered a cheeseburger” and I let her know I specifically asked for a plain burger and she said “well next time order a hamburger” and she was unnecessarily rude and started fighting me about what I asked for. INSTEAD OF DOING HER JOB AND FIXING THE ORDER. Another couple had waited for a long time to get cups because they ordered soft drinks and no one was there to help so the customers went to the back themselves and got what they needed because the associates are inattentive of the customer needs. Associates were just laughing in the back. Multiple people complained about getting their orders wrong.
