Came through the drive through last night around 6:00pm. Ordered our meal and proceeded to the first window to pay for my order that was $28.49. I gave the clerk $30.49, after she entered in that I gave her $30.00. This absolutely threw her for a loop that I was supposed to get $2 back and no change. I get it. It’s a easy mistake. Moved up to the first window where they’re completely baffled about what’s going on. Ask me what my order was and began to ask me ‘are you sure you paid’? The lady at the first window didn’t give me a receipt (won’t happen again). Then the young lady with a attitude that always has a attitude stepped in. They gave me someone else’s order. Right off we realized that the order they handed us was wrong. After we finally got the right order in our car I asked for sauces.. that I even mentioned to the lady through the kiosk drive through. The hateful young ‘manager’ wanted to charge me another .25 each for the sauces. After I already paid for them. Let’s do the math together.
2 McDoubles add mayo and xtra onions. 3.49 2 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals. Ranch and apple slices w/ coke to drink (we was still missing a apple slice with this order) 9.98 1 Big Mac meal large. 9.79 1 large fry 3.59 1 M sweet tea 1.49 2 ranch sauce 1 sweet and sour sauce .60 (at the window they’re .25 but at the kiosk there .20?) 1 crispy chicken sandwich. Total: 33.43. We used a 20% off coupon which brought the total down to 26.74 without taxes. Add taxes and we come back to the 28.49 that I paid. Sauces included. This wouldn’t have been a big issue at all if the smart mouth little manager didn’t blurt out ‘they give us trouble every time they come through here’ no, little lady we don’t. But my family got food here between 3pm-4pm on 4/22/24 and my wife ordered the new chicken sandwich. My kids and I got our normal order. A couple hours later my wife got violently ill. It got worse and worse until around 10:30 she had to be admitted to the ER. She was in the emergency room with food poisoning until 2:30am this morning 4/23/24. She is still vomiting, it’s 11:33 on 4/23/24. She has four prescriptions to get filled from the hospital due to the food poisoning. This is from the Bacon Cajun Ranch Chicken Sandwich, specifically. I get a double hamburger no mustard every time and it was great. Everyone else’s food was perfect. Just that chicken sandwich has cost us a lot more than what we paid to get it. She reported it with the hospital and online but I wanted to make everyone aware that the new chicken sandwich is making people violently ill. The chicken sandwich was the only thing my wife had eaten for the day, and she’s been vomiting ever since. I’m seriously giving up on this McDonald’s. Ordered a QCB with my points. No mustard extra onions, extra patty. Got served one swimming in ketchup with mustard no extra onions or any pickles at all and very dry patties. Also ordered a medium dreamland shake. It was handed to me already melting and barely felt cool. I’m not drinking it for fear of getting sick. What a complete waste of money and points. Good thin they have good breakfast. I won’t be getting anything else from this location 👎👎👎👎👎
Why is it the French vanilla iced coffee is always so bitter and never made correctly? Guess it’s my fault for continuing to order it. That won’t happen again. And coffee isn’t supposed to be orange.
6-17-25 went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Person working took 4 orders for the inside lane while the truck in front of me and myself just sat there. Had to call the store to get things moving. The food was fine but ordered a kids sweet tea no ice with lemon.
