We went in on March 20, 2024 and received the rudest and just most unbelievable service I have ever had. I work in the industry so I get late customers and the frustrations but never in my life have I ever experienced this before. We walked in and girl starts slamming the metal containers. It was late but it wasn’t right at close we still had like 25 mins and plus subway is fast food. We just wanted some food to go. It’s not like we was wanting to sit eat and hang out there. Said girl I think her name tag read Sam just won’t stop. She is blowing and grunting and keeps staring at us like we just needed to leave and if their would have been another option close by we would have. She was the one that dressed the sandwiches and when it came to that time she barley put anything on them when we asked. She was so aggravated when going to wrap my sons sandwich she karate chops it with her hand and barely wraps the paper around it. My son told me to just let it go it’s fine so I wouldn’t t say anything. Well when it came to my dads sandwich she didn’t even get the paper all the way around it so at this point I had to say something. I apologized for us being there later than normal but I would really appreciate if she could wrap my dads sandwich so it’s at least covered before it goes in the bag. No one ever apologized for her behavior or anything. I just can’t believe subway allows...
Read moreI ordered a foot long sandwich at the drive through. When I pulled up to the window, there was nobody (employees or customers) inside. I waited a couple mins and a woman appeared and started to work on my order. Another employee came out from the back and the two proceeded joke around (and worked very slowly on my order). As I watched, I saw the lady making the sandwich not add the vegetables or dressing I ordered. She package up the sandwich and finally came to the window to tell me it was $18. I asked if she had added the items I saw she didn’t add. She said no and closed the window. She proceeded to add them (slowly). Another employee came to the window and told me it was $18. I gave him the money, he handed me the bag - I asked if the chips were in there, nope!
Before I left, I was polite in highlighting the experience. He was clearly disinterested in hearing anything. I actually said that ‘you’re disinterested aren’t you?’ His response was “I’m just trying to do what I can.”
In the end, I was the only customer there. I ordered 1 very basic sandwich. It took a total of 15 mins to get the sandwich made, and the bread was stale or dried out as it crumbed all...

The bread is almost always stale, the food is often given to the wrong person, and the sandwiches are NEVER made correctly unless you stand there and micromanage every step. It happens literally every single time.
I usually don’t make a big deal out of it, but tonight my order was handed to the wrong people (thankfully they were coming back to my house anyway). On top of that, two of the three sandwiches weren’t even touched because of stale bread and being made incorrectly and we didn’t get any of the cookies we had ordered. They blamed this all on first shift.
I know this review probably won’t matter to the store, but I won’t be back. From now on, I’ll drive right past this location and all the way to Seneca instead.
