I have never posted a negative review, until now. We just got home from our dinner at Paesano's. Our food was ok, as well as the waiter. That is the most positive thing I can say. We walked in, were greeted by the hostess, gave the number in our party, and were told five minutes and to please have a seat. All perfectly fine. We were followed in by another group, who were greeted and then given the option of indoor or outdoor seating and "Would you like a beer and wine menu while we prepare your table?" Neither of which was offered to us. A moment or two later, a couple came in and were offered indoor or outdoor seating and "Oh, would you like a beer and wine menu while you wait?" At this point I said that WE would like a beer and wine menu while we wait, please. The hostess handed us one, and then took us to our table. Our table was in the very back corner of the room closest to the road. At first I thought we were seated far from other patrons as an act of social distancing on the restaurant's part, but soon discovered I was wrong. Subsequent parties were seated close together on the opposite side of the room. We were two tables away from the next closest patrons. We were, for most of the meal, the only people on one half of the room. I would have said something to the manager, who was in the room checking on guests, except he only spared us one fleeting glance and never came close enough to us for me to gain his attention unless I wished to shout. Our waiter offered to refill our drinks at one point, except he never offered another beer for my husband. When our food came, they didn't bring my daughter's until we caught our waiter's attention and asked for it. The food was ok, but not good enough to overcome the wretched service we received. I am to attend a book club meeting there next week. I will be informing my group that I will not be attending as I will never patronize...

Very poor customer service. Have previously eaten here with my family and had a wonderful experience. Poor experience began as soon as well walked in the door with a very rude hostess not even taking out name or providing any information regarding wait or availability. She simply asked how many in our party and never said anything else. Approximately 15 minutes later she approached stating she would Be able to seat our party of 5 but would need to seat us at 2 separate tables side by side but not together. We were placed in an area that was very spacious and when asked could the tables be placed together or moved closer were told no even though other tables were moved together. Next received garlic knots with no plates or silverware and had to eventually ask for both. We were then told about the specials and when finally asked to place our order two of our party was informed items on the menus were not available as they tried to order those items. Prices on the menus were also not correct on multiple entrees. We then waited over 45 minutes for our appetizers. Once our entrees were eventually received my husband’s steak was extremely tough and difficult to chew. Extremely disappointed in our experience and at this point doubt we...

Been eating here since we moved here in 2015. Friends from Long Island brought us the first time. Food quality is fairly consistent (good) but we suspect cooks have varied often. Regular wait staff are fantastic, there are several employees that have been there a long time. They are usually good at handling large groups. In fact, my experience has been that when I've eaten there with a large group, it's been mostly outstanding. It is a fabulous place to eat if that is all you are gathering for. They could be so much more efficient and increase volume without sacrificing quality if they were better organized in merging Take out, call ahead ordering with dining in seating. Was there a week ago Tuesday so not particularly crowded. We were promptly seated. Took an hour and 45 minutes to have pizza dinner cause we couldn't order our food before getting there. (We were trying to eat and make another engagement.) This "problem" actually kept a group of us from eating there a couple weeks previously. Friends tried to tell me to give 3 hrs. for dinner!!! I balked and put it to test. We missed our engagement because of the lengthy wait time for dinner. It didn't start out well, 2 of the 4 salads we ordered...

Having lived in Naples, Italy, for over 3 years, the food here is very reminiscent of what I experienced over there. On today's visit, Mom had fettuccine Alfredo with crab meat and I had a 14oz ribeye with a red wine reduction sauce and asparagus. As always, the food was superb and exceeded our expectations. ... from the garlic butter bread knits at the start to dessert (crème brûlée and tiramisu) to finish a fantastic meal. However, the meal itself was only surpassed by the exceptional service we received from Debbie. A true professional and credit to her role in the industry, she was quick to respond to any needs we had without being overbearing or hovering near us. I look forward to my next meal here and hope I get the privilege of sitting in Debbie's section again.

Our waitress was horrible, I didn't get her name but she forgot about us multiple times we had to have another waitor take care of us. She didn't even apologize. When we got our entree, we asked for parmesan and cracked pepper (supposed to freshly shred the parm and bring a shaker and freshly crack the pepper) she brings shakers of grated Parmesan and crushed red peppers that you get for a pizza, all I could do was laugh. Besides that, this has been my anniversary spot for the past 7 years, I'll always go unless they shut it down. The tortellini black and blue is what I've ordered everytime we've went and I've never been disappointed! They have takeout which we've never tried but the pizza looks delicious! May change it up next time! The rolls are delicious as well.

My husband and I visited here with my brother and his wife for a double date. We got there as soon as they opened because they fill up fast. But walking into the building was so beautiful and the atmosphere was set with the low lights and instrumental music playing! Our food, wine, and prices were amazing! I rated the service a 4 only because our waitress had been there only 2 months and forgot a couple of things sometimes, and my entree was the Seafood Trio Alfredo (Crab, shrimp, scallops). I asked for no scallops and extra lump crab. But didn't know that they shared and stir the crab meat so fine into the sauce that you couldn't taste or see it. That was a little disappointing, but overall the place was amazing! We will be visiting again!
