I had placed a delivery order 2 weeks ago today. I live on E Carolina St in the duplexes when the driver arrived I was at another house but directed her where to go because my mom was there she took to up there handed part of the food to my mom and said "I seen she didn't leave a tip would you like to change it?" My mom replied "It's not my money I don't feel comfortable but I'll sign for what's already there." The lady then asks my 14 year old daughter to come find me to put a tip. Well she didn't do that as the reason I wasn't there was because I had just received some bad news and was trying to sort it out. My mom text me asked me what all I ordered I told her and we find were missing a pizza. I called back they immediately put me on hold and I didn't have time to hold. So I hung up called 4 more times no answer. Finally I got and answer and they tried to put me on hold again but I interrupted her and said she forgot the pizza I didn't have time to hold I had to deal with my bad news. She tells me she's bringing the pizza well when she left that pizza she asked my mom again to leave a tip. I understand people rely on their tips and I usually leave one but given the situation it was the least of my worries at the moment. It's very rude and inconsiderate to harass about a tip sometimes you just don't get one. If this had not happened I would have called and fixed it but I was very upset by her actions. Read moreVery very poor management especially for a GM/Manager. This is my 2nd time I’ve had a horrible experience with the so called general manager. But today he refused to give me service after I had paid online for my pizza. My first encounter with him it was him and some other employees hanging outside smoking and talking not paying attention for customers the bell In the drive through was missing and he informed me he didn’t know where it was he didn’t move it, but today it was very present. He asked me how long I had been waiting and when I addressed the issue Of them not being aware at work he became very disrespectful and Informed me I didn’t have to come back, today against my better judgment I ordered online and when I got there to pick up my food he came to the window and immediately said “No I told you I wasn’t going to serve you “ When I asked was I going to get my pizza he said no and I informed him I was calling the police and he said he didn’t care. The police never came and he refunded my money and I left. The first time the driver was rude to my daughter and then proceded to call my house 2xs because I didnt leave a tip and I ALWAYS tip, but when youre a total prick to my child I think not. The second time the pizza had not cheese and it was to be extra cheese. They gave me 50% off next order so I thought ok will try again. NOPE my wings were raw breadsticks hardly any cheese and cold. Called to the store just wanted money back I was done wasting my time never getting what i ordered or paid for. Was told to call back in 10 minutes to talk to GM. Decided to drive up there. Spoke to the GM where he proceded to tell me they dont give redunds and that there was nothing wrong with my order. The other employee looked at it and said yes the wings were indeed raw!!!!!
