I placed my order at 4:04pm online to pick up at 4:30pm. When I got there I was told 5 more mins and I paid. I waited until 4:55pm to ask if the pizzias they pulled out and just had setting on the counter were mine. They said they will go in a warmer, (had been just sitting there a good 8 mins) just waiting on chesse bread and cinnamon sticks. Then i Heard the lady ask where the cheese bread and cinnamon stick were. ( they never put them in). I wait another 15 mins. Get my pizzia. Walk out the door, check my pizzia. It's wrong. I order 1 large Hawaiian and 1 med pepperoni dinner bow with cheese bread and cinnamon sticks. I go back in I have 2 Hawaiian pizzas. Lady talks to the person that made them. Said she knew she messed up but had but it in behind and will be just a min (yet was going to let me leave with the wrong pizzia anyway). Wait 10 more mins no one says anything to me. Saw 4 pizzias come out, asked to speak with the lady before and told her I wanted a refund. It at that point had been over 1 hour since I placed the order and me sitting there 45 mins. They had just put the pepperoni pizzia in the oven. The lady says she needs to get the assistant Manger for a refund. Come to find out the assistant Manger is the one that didn't make the cheese bread or the pizzia. At one point all the employees were just standing around. The blonde lady is the only one who knew what needed to be done. I received the refund and (messed up pizzia) I did not order. I will never return to this store. Read moreSo I placed an order online for delivery from this location. My order didn’t show up so I decided to call to see where it was. After being on hold for 10 mins and transferred to someone who wasn’t even in the store, I finally got through. The chick Kendra, said she was the manager, tells me there wasn’t even an order. Then I hear her put the phone down and start talking to a delivery driver who says he already delivered it. Well idk who he delivered it to, but it wasn’t my house. I have cameras surrounding my house & doorbell. No delivery happened. After her questioning me and also him in the background with an attitude, asking if I checked my porch etc she says they’ll remake it and send it back out, which they did. We didn’t get to eat dinner until late. No apology or anything. Anyway we ended up going to the location to talk to someone the next morning bc the customer service was just unacceptable. Being inconvenienced and offered nothing while being made to feel like IM the problem, no. The employee stated that it was put down that we actually received a refund and also our order free. Read moreHorrible I went there to order the personal pan Pizza Hut box 2 of them around 12 pm and waited over a hr and 30 mins for a simple order the manager I would give a negative star but the cashier at the register was nice the fact the manager came outside to tell me there was no more personal pan pizza and didn’t kno why the cashier rung it up lets me know this place do not communicate with the workers then after the order was done only one hut box was prepared after waiting for the first hr then had to wait longer because being cheated out of the hit meal since there was no more personality pan we order the calzone and they gave half a calzone and thought it was ok to short us so I went back in to talk to the manager and she had the nastiest attitude out of this world I never thought it was hard to make two simple hut box between the wait and being short a calzone and had to wait even longer she should have gave us more for the wait the attitude the miscommunication but the cashier was trying to help as much as she could by bringing the food out which is a little helpful I order the pizza from jump because my grandmother have to eat by a certain time and to take care a customer this way is bad business they need to do better this is not the way you treat people...
