Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Carolina

1st let me say if there was an option for negative stars I would've given that rating. I am pregnant and had a late night craving for taco bell, so my husband leaves our house at 12:12am to get me some food. He states that the one closest to our house, Clemson rd, was closed and that he had to go to this location. Well against my better judgement I told him to go ahead and go to this location. Well, he waited 30 minutes for food, which is defeats the whole purpose of the term "fast food". Already frustrated he grabs the food and returns home. When we were pulling items out of the bag, we notice that his order is completely wrong, he ordered a crunch wrap meal, what he got was a quesadilla, and a hard taco(which he told them soft). As far as my food well, my nacho fry supreme did not have ground beef it had chicken on it! That's not even the worst part, I get half way through eating it and notice something hard in my mouth, I pull it out and it's a FINGER NAIL some one bit off, I have acrylic nails so it definitely was not mine. So here I am almost completely done with my meal and i find this disgusting thing. I ended up vomiting everything I ate because i was literally so disgusted! I felt absolutely sick, it was horrible! Worst service I have EVER experienced in my life. After 25 mins of sitting in the drive thru I’m informed they have no large cups or regular cups or lids. So my two large drinks got turned into smalls and were given to me with coffee cup lids. Then I was informed that they were cooking nacho cheese sauce and I could wait longer or substitute cinnamon twists for my nachos. I opt to substitute so that I could be done with this horrible experience only to be told that they have no shredded chicken (we had ordered a chicken quesadilla, chicken burrito, and chipotle chicken grillers in addition to two orders of nachos and one order of cinnamon twists). At that point I lost it and asked for a refund. The manager comes over, says that they do have nacho cheese sauce and they do have shredded chicken and she will have the order out to me in less than 60 seconds. I get our order (35 mins after having placed it) to discover they haven’t given us the correct stuff. I was furious. We drove away and WONT EVER return to this location. Edit: updating to say they are improving, the employees are nicer now, but still struggling with order accuracy, and some items are not filled to the normal amount (based on what I get from other locations) but are underfilled. Namely the crunchwrap supreme and the cheesy chicken crispanada were both severley underfilled at this location. Changed to 3 stars.

Original 1 star review 6 months ago: This pains me to say because I love taco bell, but I need to update this review due to multiple bad experiences over the course of several months. There is a pattern of bad management. The orders are consistently wrong, and never in your favor, but always in a monetary loss to you. Even when they are out of items they do not communicate that with me, but instead substitute with lesser - not equal - items or quantity or they give nothing at all and you are just missing items. When they are out of large drinks they give you medium drinks, they only give you less than what you paid for. If you paid in the app they cannot refund you.
