I will never go to this place again. Associate Danielle is Not friendly and is not Positive she is the opposite of planet fitness little quote.. She no different then someone who puts on a fake smile for a check. Sheâs very rude and tonight I got to see that first hand. How rude and unwilling to help and provide quality customer service someone could be. She literally made a resolution that I had to call a completely difference location to get.. Veryy Difficult and she seemed to have more of an attitude because someone was able to help when she refused and decided to be rude about smh
âCreated a Planet Fitness Account Online. As I was told to do by a representative of this Location. Once I went into the Location I had realized that an error had been made and I had the wrong location on SignUp. At this point the Person at counter is Doing absolutely nothing to Help. She immediately tells me I need to go all the way to the other location 30- minutes away Just to Get them to Cancel account or and Then I'd have to Sign all the way up again with her before I can workout.. I inform her that's a huge inconvenience for a simple errors. At 7:30 at night. So I ask if she could call them. She throws her hands up and says she's not going to call because they will want to speak with me. So at this point she is already being rude and offering no type of support or other options. So I request to speak with a manager. She then blurts "I am the manager" again offering NO support. At this point she basically telling me she's going to do nothing and I would have to go to the other location to cancel. So I call the other branch instead. They were quick to offer me help and a solution to the problem so I could work out. Saying that I did not have to cancel the account. And that they could give me my barcode over phone. So I go back into the building give the RUDE associate my info now at this point she makes it obvious that she didn't like that the other branch had helped me out. She was acting upset because she wanted what she told me to be Law. Instead of finding a solution.. My name didn't pull up after I gave her barcode.. So I simply asked if she could just repeat the number she entered back to me (A.) So I can verify I gave the correct number.. or (B.)To verify if she didn't accidentally enter the wrong number.. She refuses to repeat them back instead she blurts out.. I entered that 07 number you gave me. So I explain to her why I asked if she could repeat it. She continues to be rude. and walks away from me in the middle of me speaking. Then clearly makes a remark to her coworker as if I wasn't standing right there. She made it really clear that she did not want to help me in any way. So I took it as I was u wanted in that gym so I told her she was very rude and that she didn't not need to be working if she was going to be rude and not want to help guest. Her name is Daniel and coworker was Jack.. She said she' was the manager but I did not see any name tag that stated such so I don't even know if she was also just making that up to get rid of me at first.. This person is very rude and seemed to have no care when I informed her of her rudeness and unwillingness to help. People like her are the reason companies lose business. I literally don't even want to have a member ship with this location because of her. I will never go there again. As long as she works there. That's just no way to treat customers.. I was told by the person responding to the email it will be forwarded to the franchise team. I'm here to say I still haven't heard from anyone and I'm not surprised.
ZERO STARS!!! I was forced to choose a star!! Polo/two notch location has the most disrespectful, racist manager I have ever encountered. On Jan 6th I entered the PF 360 area to use the low row. I was told by the black female worker with short black hair that class was starting and I had to leave the area. I told her I was going on the low row. she replied the area was closed from 11-12 for a class. I left and went to a treadmill. Minutes later a white lady entered the PF 360 area, and not part of the class. She passed the worker to get some weights and a mat and was allowed to stay in the area to complete her workouts. I went to the front desk to ask for a manager, to be shocked that the worker that discriminated against me is the manager, Lillian! I called corporate the same day, was told due to the nature of my complaint,I would receive a call before the week was over. A WHOLE week went by, I called back as my concern was if the complaint goes to the location manager about her nothing will be done. A couple of days later I received a call from a private number, voicemail was left and she said her name was Debra Wilson, regional manager and she provided a number for me to call.I called the number, no answer, the outgoing message doesn't indicate who owns the number but an automated voices states it's a Google voice subscriber, but I left a voicemail. My call was returned. I told her the situation from 2 weeks prior, she told me what was told to her by the manager, our stories didn't match at all. I told her to pull the video from the date and time and I also had photos to back me up. She said I shouldn't take pics of people in the gym but she would call me back by Friday.    Read moreI came in December 2015 originally requesting my membership to be terminated instead the receptionist talked me into freezing my account just in case I decided to come back which I agreed but she told me to come in before it starts again to cancel if that's what I wished. So that's what I did. I came in and requested it to be canceled before April 2016. I came in again 6/13ti check and found out it hadn't been canceled, I told the young man that it was to be canceled. They scanned my badge to see and it hadn't been done. He told me to wait a few weeks and it'll be canceled. Came in again in July still hasn't been canceled. Came in 9/9 still hasn't been canceled. Same thing on 9/12 and 9/18. each time they scanned my badge and I didn't go as far as the reception desk. MOTW on time did ANYONE say they didn't have a form signed and have me sign it to cancel my membership but they still charged me. It took me contacting their corporate office to have it canceled on 10/06. Even when I spoke with manager he stopped his investigation at me signing for it to be frozen NEVER looked at the times I came in and they scanned my badge to Check on my account and my plea for it to be canceled. They can look on the cameras to see I didn't workout but I was at the desk inquiring about my account. I requesting several times for the owner to contact me which he never did. And they refuse to reimburse me due to their negligence. So beware of this gym and trying to cancel your membership.
