NEED NALIA? GREEK PARAPHERNALIA STORE — Local services in Elgin

This IS my review since you the owner assumed I posted days ago. YES you are tacky and run a bad business. Ordered March 29th -April 17th still no items waited like I was suppose to ( seatbelt covers with (3) letters glued on and a sun visor). Do not call my phone assuming anything. Should have already refunded my money versus all the empty talking. Yes you will have more complaints posted- stop reading and responding with assumptions, maybe orders will get out faster. Yes I will continue to complain- I said what I said on the phone to you the owner (twice) and now here. While typing this your email pops up refund because item are out of stock( no they were out of stock March 25). Was told to order them and I will have them by April 17th. No email/call saying they are still out, look like they will not be in, but can call to ask about a negative post. Well prepare for more, cause just like I let folks know all month about your unprofessionalism, and yesterday- I will definitely let them know now. I do not recommend this business and will not make another purchase. I placed an order online almost A MONTH AGO, and I STILL have not received it. It's NOT PEAK SEASON, and most organizations are just beginning their new year. I've emailed the business TWICE, and to date, there has been no response. I understand the "advertised and highlighted" processing and shipping times, but this is ridiculous. This was my FIRST and LAST time shopping with the business. If there is a DIFFERENT vendor at your conference, you may want to patronize with them. I will be sharing my experience with this business with my chapter and with all of my fellow Greek Family members. I've also heard that their store hours aren't always accurate. And based on the reviews here, that seems to be another isssue. You try to support certain businesses, and they don't do right. This is a huge reason as to why people only shop with certain, more reputable businesses due to this.

I had to update my review. It is hard to shop at the store because the hours don't match when they are actually are open. They closed earlier then what is posted and its difficult for a lot off people to come before 3 or even 4 because many work. I wish they stayed open later and committed to the times noted. I know the store is not ran by a lot of people but ordering online for store pickup takes a long time. Sometimes I want to order online for store pickup an item maybe on sale and they have it in store I just want to sale price. Maybe in the future things will change. Lastly I emailed them about trying to get a quote on a line jacket and haven't heard back from them. I filled out the form no response. I followed with an email to them no response.
