Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

I called to try and order a pizza and the women that answered the phone was extremely rude and when I would ask a simple question she had the nastiest attitude for no reason at all, I was asking about a pizza and she kept giving me the same attitude and she even hungup on me without taking my order, I called back and spoke to the manager who was very polite and understanding!! But when my order was delivered the pizza was very dry and looked awful it almost looked like someone had threw the box on the ground, the box had dirt on the bottom and the pizza box was creased like it was stepped on and the grease had soaked the top of the box, I was very upset for the simple fact that i'm a paying customer and there was no reason for me to be treated or served with disrespect, I called back and spoke with the manager and he personally made my pizza for me i'm not sure what the managers name was but if it wasn't for him this place wouldn't even get rated 2 stars, the replacement pizza he sent looked fresh whereas the one i got the first time looked as tho they had cooked it that morning and was cold when it arrived. I personally will not be going here anymore due to the simple fact that i'm pregnant and the pizza i was given looked like food...

Best customer service skills I have ever seen from ANY pizza place! They called me because they were out of ham, so they called and asked if I still wanted it and I told them to make it. I ordered the pizza online, I added something I didn't want which I didn't realize until after it arrived after the driver with no change left so she said she would return with my change. After realizing there was a mistake on the pizza I asked for a remake, he said I needed to check before finalizing my order, but I was mad about the whole situation, I was done for the day. I said never mind we will eat it and hung up. When the friendly driver arrived with my change she also arrived with another pizza. We don't order from Dominos anymore because of the terrible customer service so we have been trying to decide who to order from. This experience today throughly impressed me and will be ordering faithfully from these guys! Great job and really turning...

I ordered and purchased ONE simple REGULAR pepperoni pizza and a 2L Pepsi . The automated order taker must’ve put thin crust on my order when I specifically said I wanted a regular pepperoni pizza. Normally when you say you want to order a REGULAR pizza that means a hand tossed pizza . If you want your crust done a specific way you specially say “I want thin, stuffed, etc. crust” . I never said anything about a thin crust . I was feeding 3 children and they needed the bread. When I received the pizza, it was a thin crust and cold. So I called to get a refund. They sent me an email saying they’d honor my pizza and claimed to have given me a code for another REGULAR pizza . When I go to use the code it doesn’t work and when I call the store she tells me she can’t honor it but will take my order again and I pay. Now I just want my money back and I’ll never order from them again. Horrible...
