Burger King — Restaurant in South Carolina

I always say it’s not the company but the people that work at any restaurant. I walk in barely greeted which is fine however the thing I did not like was how my husband was treated their was no one in line and the the cashier seem to think he was just standing their just to be standing their not asked to take his order or anything. Then you give him the food and not ask did he need condiments such as ketchup napkins knowing they’re are no longer in dining area. And when I order the young lady that was in driv there gave me my order. She greeted me at the door from taking an order outside to a park car asked about my husband and I responded he was already in the dining room eating. The one thing that stood out for me is SERVICE we ALL have bad days but at least do your job with a simple smile. And if you take anyone’s order please make sure they receive it and you not being hollered at to come to the back because the manager wants to know what another restaurant is serving while you come up front and get your phone and yell it back while I am standing their waiting for my order RUDE and Unprofessional DO...

Make sure you get a payment receipt and check food before leaving this BK. VERY Upset. I went yesterday about 2 pm ordered 2 large fries and 2 nuggets. The lady swipes my card and I pull forward to get my food. I received my food and start to drive forward till I notice they forgot a fry. I put my car in reverse since there was only one car behind me at the pay window. I told the guy that I did not have a fry. A few seconds later the girl who took my payment says I need your card. I was confused. I said I already paid, she repeats I need your card. I asked why and she just said I need your card, I was hesitate to give it to her because she did not tell me why she needed it but I did along with my bag receipt and the guy said that she charged me for the wrong order after she left the window. I literally had to throw out my food. The patty tasted a day old. Like it was refrigerated the night before and reused the next day old. Same with the fries. They taste like they have been sitting out for hours. Stale, and greasy. I’m pregnant and was craving a whopper jr with fries and a Diet Coke and this is the second time I’ve been to this location, and the second time my food has tasted absolutely horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a mobile order and placed it online and as soon as we got to the drive through they told us we had to go inside. Again, I’m pregnant. I don’t feel like getting out. That’s the point of fast food drive through. I’ve never had a problem with getting my mobile order through a drive through until today. I tried calling this place to talk to a manager and their phone is not in service so I’m only at a loss of what to do, I spent the last bit of money I have for the rest of this week for something uneatable.
