I had a birthday party for my uncle that turned 88 years old Sunday at my house. I was cooking hamburgers and, hot dogs. My uncle don't like hamburgers or hot dogs. I decided I would place a to go order of his favorite Baby flounder, bake potato and, cold slaw. I went and, picked it up right before everybody arrived. When we sat down to eat my uncle opened his box and, it was popcorn shrimp. I uncle is a picky eater and, hates shrimp. I called Silver Bay restaurant on white Horse rd. In Berea. I told the lady that I just picked up a to go order for Baby flounder and, I got popcorn shrimp. She told me sorry they were really busy. I explained it was for my uncles 88 Birthday today. She told me that when I came in again they would give me a free Baby flounder plate. I asked her well when I come in who do I need to talk to about the free plate. She then put the Manager on the phone it was a lady and, I have never been treated so bad by anybody in my life! I explained to her what had happened. She told me that I need to return the baby shimp plate and, she would give me a flounder plate. I said well thats not what the girl told me. She replied well she is not the Manager I am. Then told me to leave the party drive all the way down there again and, she would give me a flounder plate but, only if I returned the shrimp plate. That means I would have to drive 10 miles there and, 10 miles back total of 20 miles. She was so hateful and, mean she needs Management Training. Was she going to sell the popcorn shrimp plate to someone else? I finally just said forget it! My uncle ate potato chips for his birthday. I think what she said to me is not right. I have never been treated buy the girls that work in there they are alway so nice. She was trying to act like a controlling big shot saying she is the Manager. I pray that my uncle will see another Birthday because that could have been his last. So thank you so much who ever you are woman Manager! What goes around comes around and...

Great customer service and da food was really hot & so 😋 delicious! We highly recommend this restaurant for some freshly cooked seafood! We were greeted at the hostess station and seated right away. No waiting... I ordered the baby shrimp platter with crispy fries & a side salad! $12.99 plus $1.99 sub salad... They have large portions! Great prices! My husband ordered the salmon and lobster tail platter with fries and a salad. A bowl of hush puppies to share w honey butter.. We had two sodas... We will so return to this location..This restaurant is a fun & relaxing Family-friendly environment! We tipped our server more than 20% ($15bucks) bc she earned it! Well deserved! Customer Service was done right ✅️! We thank you guys! A tip for the chef as well. Everything was cooked perfectly. Thank you for a great late lunch/ evening, guys! It was horrible, went in told the person what I wanted. It took me a minute on figuring out on one of the side items, guess they had something else to do I got the finger tap. 30.00 plus on that order, so I decided to get a few more sides. There was 3 more that I got, another 10.00ish dollars. Only going to call out 1 of them I got green tomatoes, 2.50 and all I got was 3 slices. It was also free tea day the sign said so anyway the person that waited on me did not offer any thing because a couple of teeth would have been nice after spending 40 plus dollars everybody else come out with them after I had done gotten the car just left the funeral home didn't feel like going back in. Because I did not want to say anything rude and I had two family members of Thomas McAfee across the street yesterday. Three slices of green tomato $2.50 they need management are the owner, needs to find out what's going on in his restaurant because of that is what you get for $2.50 they need to put on there three slices.
