This is a brand-new Starbucks. Normally you would expect all the staff at a Starbucks to be well-trained before they turn them loose behind the counter, this is not the case at this location. It's a franchise store and it belongs to the gas station and convenience store which is housed in the same building. The staff here is very unsure of what they're doing and they're not actually Starbucks employees their employees of the gas station.
One of the main problems that I've noticed is that they can't seem to get the recipes right from when they make their drinks, for example I ordered an iced coconut milk mocha macchiato and the barista put 5 pumps of white chocolate in it maybe 6 instead of the two or three the drink is supposed to come with. The drink was very sweet I'm sure for some people this must be a huge problem I have to admit I was okay with it but still that's not the way the drink is supposed to be made it's not what I ordered and it's not what I paid for.
Some of the girls at work there are quite friendly, while others seem to have quite an attitude. I think a big part of the attitude is they just don't know what they're doing and when they make mistakes they seem as if they want to blame the customer.
This will not be my go-to location so on the few times that I frequent this store I can muddle through all of the things that make it...

The three ladies working were phenomenal - friendly and welcoming. The environment at this store was also spectacular. We both left the store in a positive, uplifted mood after our visit. My husband and I realize that oftentimes businesses get negative remarks more often than they probably get positive ones, so we wanted to express our thanks to this location for their stand-out service and for the effort they put into creating an inviting environment as well (the motivational post-itâs, staff incentives,...

It was my first thought as the GPS saw me to this place. But, all the same, it was indeed a Starbucks, with some good espresso to accompany the lunch I'd packed for the road. So, after getting hooked up by a friendly barista, there I dined, sipping my coffee and reading a good book as fellow travelers gassed up nearby. Other than being conjoined with a convenience store, the restaurant was like its traditional kin, offering a good, safe place to hang out and relax. All in all, I quite enjoyed myself here, and would gladly return.
Much thanks to everyone at this Starbucks, for helping provide for me. Keep up the...
