Sub Station II — Restaurant in South Carolina

My company and I use this establishment regularly to order lunch in during busy days. We always order our sandwiches online through the website. My employee ordered the 'ham, turkey, and cheese'. When customizing the sandwich, we click the 'add bacon' button which is an additional charge. Then we also clicked the 'extra meat button' and typed in the comment section 'extra bacon for the extra meat'. We order from you guys once a week and every single time we pay additional for the extra bacon, it is always missing. This most recent time, we decided to not click the 'extra meat' button and we decided to just write ' extra bacon, we never get it'. Then the employee wrote on the receipt 'then you need to pay'. Upon arrival to pick up our order, my employee politely told the employee (rather tall female with glasses) that we have paid the past 5 times for the extra bacon and did not get it. She then said we should have clicked the 'large size add bacon' button which we have never seen. My employee said it was fine and continued to make the drinks. While she was making the drinks she saw the sub station employee pointing and talking about her to another employee and giving nasty looks. This was just frustrating because we come here...

Took my daughters out to eat there last night, the staff was excellent. Unfortunately not an hour post meal one of my daughters got very sick so I checked her temp and vitals where all normal. My daughters asked me to please let the food palace know what happened so no one else will feel as bad as she did. They used to be great but whoever ownes this particular one had ran it in the ground! Subpar everything.
