I have been going to this Subway for almost 5 years. I would go at least once or twice a week. They have had some very rude employees, but I overlooked that because it was close, affordable and most of the time fast. Today, however, changed everything. I go in to order for 3 people one of which has a gluten free allergy. She tried to call earlier in the day to see if they had gluten free bread. The website says that some restaurants have it and some do not. The manager Mohammed (I believe is his name) answered the phone and rudely kept saying that all subways have the Same bread. He was very hard to understand and when the conversation was completed she hung up. When I went to get the order, I asked just to make sure they did not have gluten free bread. I was then reprimanded in front of everyone in line (embarrassing to say the least). The manager (Mohammed?!?)kept saying it was so rude that we had called and interrupted him in the middle of his busy time and he wasnāt done talking. I apologized and said that she probably thought he was finished, and he said no that it was unacceptable and that he had gone to the back to check the ingredients .... he continued reprimanding me the entire time in line saying I was rude and he was very upset. I have never been treated this poorly in all my life. Iām a manager myself, and yes, while it does get irritating to go out of your way for people with special needs ..... ITS YOUR JOB!!!! What happened to the customer is always right? Harassing a customer in line while she is on a time crunch and ordering for 3 different people is NOT acceptable! It made no sense to remodel this place and not change anything in regards to the level of service you provide people. The quality of the food (toppings) are horrible, and the customer service is trash. I live within walking distance of this place, and I get in my car and drive all the way to Laurenās Rd Subway because the service and food toppings at this one is so bad. The very last time I went here I got a fountain drink, and I looked in the cup, and it was black particles (huge) in my Sprite. I never stepped foot back in this nasty place. I donāt know if these folks are family or what, but they need to shut down. They should not be serving customers in any capacity at all. This entire area is starting to really boom, and itās no need in wasting an entire suite providing bad food and customer service. Let another business have that space that will provide good, fresh, clean food, and good...

This store took in my order and proceeded to make a sandwich that I beg Jesus, nay, SpongeBob himself couldnāt come over and square up against. Sir, maāam, both or non. You person of sandwich making excellenceā¦. Your story wonāt go untold. Your ability to layer the tuna so smoothly, evenly and lightly pressed into the bread is beyond that of which any humble man such as myself as ever been lucky enough to be part of⦠. I said extra mayo and you knew exactly what I needed. The pickles so perfectly placed I almost think monk came in on his day off from cleaning his daytime Emmy to help make sure every single one had coverage. And extra salted. I tasted the ocean and I liked it. 8/10 forgot the onions. Will be back for...
