So...apparently subway high school employees also have a child psychology degree...because an employee "diagnosed" my 6 year old with ADD today, because he was trying to decide on his side and drink for his kids meal while going back and forth to the chips rack and a vacant table nearby while I was waiting on the order. My kid was excited ,because he had just gotten out of school, and we only eat out once a week. There were no other customers in the restraunt at the time, and my kid wasnt being rambunctious at all, wasn't being loud or disruptive, wasn't in the way...if that had been the case, i would have addressed it. They typically hire young, high school aged kids... so I never expect a 5 star restraunt experience...the employees are never really welcoming here regardless, but her comment was a bit rude and uncalled for... I'm still not sure how a young child deciding between milk or juice equals any type of disorder...Doubt I'll return to this subway. I'd rather drive to a further location for...

She informed us that it is easier for them if we submit those online beforehand. I offered to go somewhere elseāeven though they were clearly not busy. She said no it was fine, but reminded me again itās easier for them. We are not from this area and weāre only here for a one day school event. There was not time to submit the order in advance during our competition. I didnāt realize it would be such a burden on them for us to run in for sandwiches. I had a paper with me with every sandwich order already written down on it to help things go smoothly. She slapped each of our sandwiches together with anger literally throwing toppings on them as if to emphasize her point. I was so confused as to how this was ruining her day. The manager on duty stood right beside her helping make the sandwiches and never tried to step in to fix the obvious attitude towards...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an online order for this location tonight at 5:10pm as I pass by it on my way home from work and it was the closest location to me. I got 2 turkey footlongs; one with pepperoni and one with bacon. I arrived at 5:27pm and my order wasnāt completed which was not an issue at all since I was in no rush and I saw the amount of online orders that were coming in on top of the customers in store. The two guys behind the counter looked really stress (I completely get it as I used to work in food and bev) but they were both very polite. My issue is that they were rushing to get all the orders out on time and after waiting for 40 minutes they forgot to cook my bacon. Itās not a big issue, I just took it off the sandwich, but was still a little upset since I paid extra for the bacon. No fault to the two individuals, but it may be a smart idea to have more than 2 workers behind the line during...
