About a year or so ago, this same location gave Us really poor Customer Service. However, being that it has been a while, my boyfriend, child & I decided to try it again. Well, to my surprise, a lady from a Subway down the street was now at this location. I don't know her name, but she has bluish colored hair. She is always helpful & makes everything how we like it. 2 days ago, we visited another Subway in town, pretty much only because we received the coupons in the mail. We have a baby that will be 1 tomorrow, so he eats and loves things like chicken & cheese on a tortilla. I decided to get him one of those dippers to try. At this other location, it was, to my surprise, extremely delicious! He usually doesn't finish everything, but he ate the entire thing ( in 2 days) Soooo since my boyfriend wanted to try those new nacho things, we stopped at this location on our way. I asked for 2 of the chicken dippers. I was asked what kind of cheese, but not chicken. Since I just had one a couple of days before, I thought I knew it would be the rotisserie kind. Well, when I got them I opened them to see which one had what cheese on it, because I got 2 different kinds. To my complete disappointment, they both had a couple of pieces of the old crappy rubber chicken on them. Hardly any cheese or meat. This isn't anything like what I just received at another subway. I want them made that way. I went back to the counter, not seeing the lady that made my order, I asked this younger, glasses wearing guy about the chicken. Instead of even attempting to listen to all I had to say, he started profusely shaking his head no, that I couldn't even pay extra for the chicken I wanted. I went back to my seat to wait for the lady to come back. Well, she was busy, and by this time, I had waited for over 10 minutes bc some customer was ordering like 5 sandwiches. Finally, the customer was paying & the lady who made my dippers was back up front. I go to her, ask her the same question. That weasely guy came running up next to her, telling her NO, NO we can't do that! Umm first off, I wasn't even talking to him. He wasn't any kind of manager, and he proceeded to get loud and YELL at me about some damn chicken!!?!? This went back and forth for a few minutes before the idea of calling the manager came up. I SAID YOU BETTER CALL THEM! By this point, I was shaking mad. This little punk had screamed at me that I couldn't even pay extra for the chicken that I wanted. So let me get this straight. Subway who asks EVERYTIME if you wanna pay EXTRA to ADD EXTRA MEAT to your sandwhich or salad, umm or wrap, right? Is telling me I CAN'T have what I want, again, that I JUST HAD 2 DAYS PRIOR AT ANOTHER SUBWAY, even if I PAY EXTRA... for MEAT on a frickin tortilla?? Oh, according to this manager of the year, I wasn't ALLOWED to get my food made how I wanted bc it would "mess up the taste on a tortilla??" How is someone gonna tell me that what I think tastes delicious is wrong?? This loser, weasely nerd by this point, is still yelling at me, I then heard the "Manager" on the phone tell him to stop yelling at me. First off ,I was NOT even allowed to speak with them. The call was placed on his personal cell phone, so how am I even to believe that they were anyone affiliated with Subway in any way?? Secondly, he had done enraged me so bad he was screaming at the circle k employees if he "could get some help over here??" Bc his ass was scared. He had done pissed my boyfriend off, who became involved bc of the way I was being yelled at and spoken to. He kept running his mouth when I demanded my money back. Telling me I ate the whole thing. I took a bite, trying it bc my son and I were so hungry, but since it tasted like rubber garbage, I spit it out. I have never gotten such TERRIBLE customer service or been treated so poorly by a stranger in my life! After another Argument, the lady who worked there gave me my money back. I just need everyone to know how much of a Terrible person works at this location & how bad he treats Subways Customers! He needs...

Read moreSubway can vary one store to another. A a meat to a sandwich and they charge you. Subtract a meat, they don't take anything off. If you want to substitute one meat for another it throws them for a loop. They either want to give you a chopped salad or one where they don't even slice anything. They need to think outside the box.
