Got a system put in my car a few years back. They guy was very helpful in my choosing the right amount of bass for me. We talked over types and the different amount in which to choose from. My system is very powerful for my car. The sound is exquisite. It has the perfect amount of bass that is not over powering. I went to traffic jams about two weeks ago to get a sub woofer installed in my car, Marcos and Dan both did a great job from a sales and installation stand point. I waited two weeks to make sure everything worked well and long term. They seem very knowledgeable in all things audio and video when it comes to your car needs, while I was almost clueless they guided me in the direction I needed to go. After installing we had a engine noise problem that he couldn’t fix.Brian then showed his poor customer service by becoming argumentative and rude and referring that he had corrected the issue and that I had to be wrong.
