Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Carolina

I went in with my wife and there was no line, but it still took 15-20 minutes for our food to be ready because the staff members were yelling at each other. They were arguing about how nobody does anything there and yet, very ironically, not one of them was doing anything but yelling at the next person. Not to mention the fact that their soda machine was broken and they knew this, but they still gave customers empty cups just to buy themselves time while customers, perplexed by the inaction of the soda machine, tried to make sense of the chaos. Thus, the duty fell to those of us who had been waiting a long time already to help the newcomers understand. “This is our reality now,” I said to one of them with as grim an expression as can be while still wearing a face mask. If you are lucky enough to read this warning before you find yourself in this Taco Bell, I urge you to keep driving. Find another Taco Bell, or perhaps...

Went for lunch, and since the steak quesedilla isn't a meal anymore, I had to navigate the kiosk and build my meal. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, when I went to get my Pepsi Zero from the machine, it came out clear. I told one of the employees that it was out, and she said, "we know!" Sp if you knew this, why has no one changed it out? Then came something very strange...a group pulled up with multiple cars, like a big family, but when they got to the doors to come in, all the doors were locked and they were told they could not come in to eat. However, they were allowed to come in and use the restroom. I mean, they could see multiple small groups inside eating at the time, and there was still room for their group as well. There were at least 10 guys standing in line to use the restroom, and they hadn't even eaten at that taco bell yet. Overall, it was a frustrating and...

This is by far the worst Taco Bell experience we've ever had. Driving home we opted for the drive-thru. We placed our order (2 beverages and 3 items with nothing special) then proceeded to wait almost 20 minutes at the window for our food after we had paid. After 10 minutes someone opened the window and asked for a copy of our receipt. Nobody explained if they were having some kind of technical difficulty but there were plenty of employees visible inside.

When we finally did receive our food it was as if the person making our food had no idea what they were doing. My loaded potato grilled tasted like tortilla and sour cream because there was hardly any potatoes in it and my cheesy bean and rice burrito was so empty it was hanging like a limp noodle when I picked it up. That one tasted like tortilla and liquid cheese sauce. Definitely making a point to NEVER visit this...
