Tony's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in South Carolina

The atmosphere was nice to customer service was pretty good. Raven. Couple cute little blond working there Straight up hot but anyways the food I went to get at one time was a simple mine was a steak and cheese. Me a steak bomb. Grindr I don't even know if it was 6 in. When you go to a grinder shop like that. Looks like the old fashioned. You know 9/10 inch grinder roll hoagie roll. But now this was small. And my buddy he got out what they thought was an Italian. And it had like four Pizza pepperonis in it. Italian don't have pepperoni and salami. Again, it took an hour to get my service and and really feel too good about paying 12 something 1295 Maybe. For a 6in sandwich was no. So that was a 6-inch sandwich. An Italian was what I'm trying to say is. They need to make bigger sandwiches if they got to call themselves. And they got to speed up there. Service. Oh, yeah, it was one more person with me. He got a hamburger and pepperoni pizza. Well, they've got to put it in the end up with a meat lovers Pizza. So he was all right. But again three people and they screwed up. It took over an hour by the time we walked out of there with all three of them eels. So what...

Sad to write this review. This pizza location is in our neighborhood. My children love pizza, so it is a MAJOR win! Our pizza has twice been under cooked. The first time the manager offered 20% off our next pizza, this was after explaining to him it was so doughy, that we couldn't eat it. No other offers. I am not one to ask for anything free, but 20% was laughable. I wanted them to know they may need to check their heating elements b/c it wasn't cooked. So, we gave it another try. Was told 15 minutes and 40 minutes later the pizza is ready. Again, it wasn't cooked right. I emailed the owner, he was very apologetic and kind. Tonight, after coming back from vacation I needed a quick dinner for my children. Ordered for delivery at 7:36, was told 30-45 minutes. I called at 8:39 and was told it was on the way. At 9:01 I called and canceled the order all together. I don't know where the link is missing, but it is a shame. Officially done, and I would take the extra drive down to Marco's or order...

Of all the pizza places that I eat at, and I eat at these establishments on a regular basis, Tony's is my favorite! Not only is the food "OMGoodness" great, the employees are the best! The service is outstanding! They recognize my voice when I call and place an order. And that is regardless of the phone that I call from, which isn't always my personal phone. The food is always prepared to my specifications and if they are especially busy, they let you know beforehand so there isn't a wait when you get there to pick it up. They will deliver it to you as well. I'm just not sure what their delivery range is. Also, for you veggie lovers, without a doubt, the veggie sub is the best one I have ever had! And don't let me forget to tell you about the ranch salad dressing, it's homemade! Top notch restaurant all...
