Waffle House — Restaurant in South Carolina

I've been there 3 times over the past year and a half and after this 3rd time I've vowed to never step foot in there again. Everytime I've gone, this place has never had more then 2 tables of customers but yet mine and my son's (6 yr olds) order is always wrong. I mean super wrong. We've even been given the wrong drinks. This place seriously needs to start drug testing employees. Each waitress I've had, it was obvious she was on something. The lady I had today was spazing out, she was shaking as she poured drinks, she was fidgety, she couldn't remember which container had sweet or unsweet tea so she constantly had to refix people drinks. Each time I've came I've had a different waitress and similar bad experiences. I actually had one reach onto my plate as I was eating and grab my bread off with her bare unwashed hands bc it was wrong. This place also has a lot of flies. As we were trying to eat there were 3 flies hovering and crawling on my table. I will never come here again. And, I've talked to other people who claim they have had the same experiences. Food was cooked good, service was decent but not the best. Me and my family witnessed very strung out male and female (2) drug addicts walk in and go straight to the womens restroom for about 10-15 minutes, then they came out staggering and shaking vigorously while pulling their shirt sleeves down over the bends of their arms. I would NOT recommend eating in (or even takeout), and definitely not using their restrooms as the staff didnt seem surprised a bit nor did they go to check the restrooms afterwards. I took it upon myself to go look to make sure no needles were left behind so that an innocent child wouldn't find them. Luckily I didnt find any. But with all said and done. Food is always good....service is good n the wait teams are always on the ball. I've been eating at Waffle Houses since I was in high school n I'll be 60 in August. I think I deserve a "Eat free at Waffle House card" for being loyal all of these years and introducing my kids n their friends n my friends to Waffle House! I probably could have paid for a new car if I'd saved all of that money up! And I always tip good because the service is good. I waited tables before n I know how hard it can be to smile and be nice to some people.
