My family and I ate here tonight. While waiting on our food I noticed a waitress clear a table. She then took a silverware pack from that cleared table, opened the napkin, wiped off the knife with her finger and proceed to re-wrap the silverware and place it to be set out for a new guest. If I had ordered something that required utensils, I would have left! Once our food come, my son was eating a slice of pizza when he noticed a hair on the crust. Being a typical 10 year old he picked it off & flicked it to the floor. Then, I noticed a hair on my plate. When the waitress came with our check she asked how everything was. I told her about the hairs and the utensils. She proceeded to go into the kitchen, with all staff in tow. We could hear them discussing it in the dining room. She comes back to the table and asks me to see the hair. She took my plate to the kitchen, came back after a few minutes & told me I would not be charged for the french fries because they saw the hair. I asked what about his pizza and she said they didn't see the hair. She went to the kitchen to ask another question. I'm fed up by this point and want to leave. I go to the cashier to pay and the original waitress comes out and says not to charge for the fries. The waitress I watched wipe a knife with her finger and wrap it for another customer got an attitude because I would not let her explain why she had done it. Sorry, there is no explanation for that. A knife and fork could easily be washed and not be wiped by her hand. She got an attitude and dashed back into the kitchen. Then a man came out of the kitchen and wanted to smooth the water. He was nice but by this point I'm never going back there. This is my first and only experience. When you mess up service and food, own up to it. It's simple and good...

OMG, I called in an order for 2 Lasagne meals. The young lady stated that my total was 23.00. She told me it would be about 10 minutes, after getting off the phone my son dais he wanted another item so I went to their menu online. As I strolled through I noticed the Lasagne was priced at 7.50. I called back and asked to speak with the Manager they or meet on hold all of a sudden the lady from before got on the phone and she said you are the one that just called in, I said yes. I explained to her that I was looking online and I noticed the prices were different from what she quoted she stated that their prices have changed, I said what!! was it yesterday, she said no is been 2 MONTHS AGO. WHAT! !!!!! I said well whatever the menu states that is what I should get it for. I asked her WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE WEBSITE she said THE OWNERS WIFE. I proceeded to say, you mean to tell me you guys did not update the website when you increased the prices, that was not smart nor the customers fault, that should have been adjusted AT THE TIME OF THE INCREASE. INSTEAD OF HER SAYING WELL SINCE THE WEBSITE GAVE THIS PRICE THEN IT'S FINE YOU CAN HAVE IT AT THAT PRICE, NO SHE WENT ON THE SAY , WELL THE OFFICE IS STILL THE SAME. I SAID YOU KNOW, FORGET IT. AFTER ALL THAT, TOUT WOULD HAVE THOUGHT SHEW WOULD HAVE GONE BACK AND INFORMED THE OWNER AND HAVE HIM CHANGE IT OR SIT IT DOWN FOR AN HOUR OR TWO AND GO BACK IN AND MAKE THE CORRECTIONS. I CHECKED BACK NOTHING! !!!!!! THIS IS AWFUL. THAT'S NOT...

This place has great food. Its was made in a timley maner. The price is defiantly marked right for the food, so no complaints there. However I would not recommend dinning inside. The ladys working in the drive threw was very rude and made me feel like I was a problem/burden for her, when in all in reality I was picking food up for a client and when i asked a question about the order to make sure everything was there she slide the drivethrew door closed .. So i tried to examie the food without touching it and of coarse upon delivery I recivred a 1 out 5 stars and no tip at all becuase they didnt give me the ranch that the customer payed mire for also clearly printed on the ticket. So thanks ladies now I too have a bad attuide but i wont let it effect my next order i will just smile bigger and try harder to make sure my clients never think anything like i did about you all. I understand that your store/bussniess is big so you lrobably just ignore this and laugh. Sadly this is all I can do to try an be heard.
