Waffle House — Restaurant in South Carolina

Visited this location on Father's Day, Diamond our server was wonderful and very polite however Keisha, the pregnant cook, was terribly rude and more concerned with leaving the grill in the middle of breakfast orders to converse with her other pregnant friend who brought her a baby shower gift then returned to get her car keys then went outside for 10 more minutes. It took a long time to get our food (orders were backed up), my Father's food came out ahead of other patrons that were seated before us and he was done eating before my food was cooked. Some patrons actually left and others complained because it took so long. Keisha stopped to talk to the store clerk from next door who needed "change" for the store then got upset when she returned to the grill and orders were lined up. When my server went to pick up my order she asked Keisha was the correct topping on the melt which she responded "Just take that s**t" and slung the plate at her, the server turned towards me and realized I witnessed the behavior and I verified what I heard and seen once she arrived at the table. Of course my order was incorrect so Keisha sent over a plate of greasy topping to be added to the cold melt, the food was disgusting matching the cooks attitude. Please don't waste time ordering what you want because the cook will give you what she want you to have, then try to charge you for it! When I walked in, I was not acknowledged. A quick hi or hello would have been nice or even a small fake smile. Two males and one female on the shift. Female was taking a order. One male was cooking.My salesman Alexander started with a "is this for here or to go". I gave my order and paid.Currently seeing if he will offer me my receipt as he did for the four gentleman that just left, but if not, it's fine.I'mjust observing and smiling.It's not busy.I've been here 15 minutes and the female called in my order so, I should be out of here in the next 5 minutes, hopefully. No one has said a word to me , so I am estimating.. I was wrong it only took about 3 more minutes. The female bagged it and put it on the counter then walked away. I sure hope this is my order since it wasn't confirmed just bagged and left there. This is not a compliment, but I put it under a compliment as I believe in second chances. When and if I ever return I hope my experience is much better. Perhaps some customer service training, etiquette, manners, respect, the bare minimum, fake it till you make it. I mean I work fast food now,so I get it, but this is ridiculous. Just put a little effort into it. On a serious note though the grits were...

Worst experience ever. I had came in the waitress had taken my order like right away (keep in mind it was a Togo order) was sitting there waiting and pretty impressed. Waiting for like 10 minutes and she was taking other customers orders. But, had called out 3 orders before mine (customers wasn't even there the amount of time I was) asked if she could put ketchup in the bag and she said "yes but I haven't gotten to your order yet" okay... That's fine I guess these people are dinning in... Waiting time turned into 20 minutes... She had called 2 more orders from customers that had just came in... I asked her about mine and she said "yeah, I am about to" so... Waiting time turned into 30 minutes... I asked again... She said she would... 5 minutes later she did. But, she wasn't even doing anything during my whole waiting time but standing around. It was just a terrible experience. I would have understood if she was taking orders to customers and what not. But, the other waitress...
