BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT order from this company using their online website. They misrepresent their products by using inaccurate photos. I ordered a pair of boots from their website based on the photo they used. When I received the boots they were similar but not the exact boots that I ordered based on the photos on their website.They do not want to take responsibility nor accountability for their deceptive and unethical business practices. Emily in their customer service dept. said they use "stock" photos from the manufacturer. This is completely unacceptable when the product received does not match the photos on their website. This is called "bait and switch" and is dishonest. After approximately 20 emails back and forth with no successful resolution I have been forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. All I'm asking for is a prepaid shipping label so I can return the boots (on them since it was their mistake) and a full refund credited back to my credit card. I have attached photos below so that you can see that the photos of the boot I thought I was ordering (straight block heel and square toe) does not match the boots I received (slant heel and pointed toe). Read moreThis is my first time ordering and I must say, it was an absolutely great experience. I ordered online. The order went through quick. I believe I ordered early on a Wed morning. By lunch time the order had shipped and I was given all the information when the package would arrive. I received the item on Friday as promised. I had one problem not sure if the error was my part or if there had been a glitch with the store, just a sizing problem. I called immediately and was told to print a label and return to a FedEx drop off. I asked the customer service representative if it would be possible in anyway to resend the item as I purchased for a birthday present. He advised me if I could get the item to a FedEx drop off as soon as they received a confirmation of the package they would send out the replacement.. I did this early satiurday morning called the store after they opened They promised to send the replacement out on Saturday. I receive them today. I am very happy with the customer service I have receive and I will gladly recommend them to others. I live in an area where most men prefer Red wing boots. Read morePlaced an order for a hat band that never came. The USPS tracking number they gave me shows it to still be in South Carolina for the last 10 days. I sent an email to customer service asking for a replacement or a refund, since it appeared that the package hadn't been sent or maybe it was lost, they told me to just be patient and wait. Responded that I'd give it a few more days then I'd have to request a refund. The shop then sent me a reply email saying that since I chose to opt out of their extra shipping protection fee there's nothing they can do. No replacement, no refund, keep your fingers crossed it shows up one day. Basically, they said it's my fault for not paying the extra shipping protection fee (frankly, a scam to get an extra couple bucks added to the already inflated shipping fee) and they aren't responsible for a package that never arrived. Just filed for a charge back with my credit card company and I'll be leaving this experience everywhere I can. Like a lot of the other reviews say, the customer service at this shop is abismal and I'm not sure they even shipped out the hat band in the first place.
