This is a sad day for what I myself considered to be my go to for fast food meals however as the years flew by the service and management at this Wendy’s has hit the bottom of the barrel there is no leadership which Wendy’s been a good example of oh Mr Dave would have no problem replacing the entire employment team and that term has no meaning to this Wendy’s , I have been a local guide for google for two and a half years this is and hopefully the worst review I’ll ever have to post I’ll start by saying the rest room facilities at the local farmers market are cleaner and I think has to smell better the dinning area had small insects laying on the fountain machine no condiments what so ever or napkins to wipe the dirt to sit down now the service has been better at the local flea market where most of their employees bought there degree in customer service my family was talked to so rudley I thought they might start using profanity towards the family member(CUSTOMER) I’m sorry they insulted him and said that listen please (he was lying) good people what has this world come to when a Wendy’s employees can call a United States veteran who fought so we can have a country that is known for honor respect and freedom . Read moreI have been a loyal customer at this Wendy's for years but in the past couple months it has become a running joke with our family. If anyone mentions this Wendy's the sentence always ends with "we don't have none". Whether it's chicken nuggets, salads, baked potatoes...etc. Pretty much anything we ask for, they don't have it. It's not like I'm driving up at 2 minutes til midnight. This could be lunch or dinner time. This past week was the very last straw. I went in and was excited they had a berry salad and strawberry lemonade. I thought I was having good luck...until...my son's food was cold, which he ate to keep from arguing with anyone. My salad was good but I ran out of my strawberry lemonade because the cup was filled with ice. I go back for a refill and I was rudely told we don't give refills on the strawberry lemonade. I asked when did that change and I was told it's always been. Well always must not have meant last week when I was in there and not only did I get a refill, the cup was twice the size of the one I had just gotten and paid the same price for. Most people would have said I'll give you a refill this one time but oh no, not here. I told the lady I'm sure this isn't your rule but if you look around you will notice your place isn't busy during lunch hour rush so you should want to make your customers happy so they will come back. I told her after this I wont be coming back. I will go to the Wendy's further from my house next time, at least there I get a bigger drink and a refill and when they were out of my salad they took 2 minutes extra to make me one, no excuses of "we don't have any"!! Read moreToday I went to the drive through. Greated with order when ready. Placed the order which was 2 pretzel roll baconater, fries, 10 piece spicey nuggets and chocolate frosty. Well when we got home the 2 pretzel roll baconaters were a single and a double cheeseburger. I went back not happy and went inside. The first time I was there only car in driveway. When I went back the drive through was packed all the way to the road coming in. I go in side to complain about my order. Every employee was on personal cellphones, the manager came to me because I was complaining about my order not being correct. Even the manager made my food wrong! I told her while she was making it she did it wrong, because I was watching her do it. So had to made my sandwiches 2 times! Even after receiving my food it was sub-par, bacon dry and crumbly burgers old and dryout, fries were old and cold. I won't be going back to this store. Something needs to be done here from a corporate stand point. Cell phones use on a work post are the main cause for customers orders not being made correct and in a timely matter. Every employee in the store was on their cellphone. It was also quite obvious the employees didn't want to be there anyways.
