I have gone to this location before and staff is always unfriendly. I went thur drive in window and placed my order. Had to pull forward because fries were not ready. That didn't bother me so much. But when they brought me my order it was wrong. So i had to get out of my car to go inside. Get to the counter and there is no one there. So i say hello about 3 times. There is a young lady changing a garage bag and she doesn't acknowledge me. I think she had ear phones on. So i get her attention and asked is anyone back there. Now someone just brought my order outside. Finally a young lady walks out and says whats wrong i tell her order is incorrect. So she asked what i order. It was the JBC for $5 i had 2 of them. So she proceeds to make me 2 more sandwiches. I explain there are already two sandwichs, that i am missing chicken nudgets and fries. Which she would have know if she looked in the bag rather than give me attitude. Upset with me because they got my order wrong. Im very confused ask for my money back. And someone who i think was a manager i told her how young lady acted and she needs to be re-trained in customer service. Today i give them the worst review because of this young lady who represents their company. Not a happy customer. đ
This is my second review on this location that happened 12/8/20. Had not been here since my last incident. This by far is the worst customer service location. Idk if a manager is ever available for complaints. Surely the staff does not worry or care about their actions. Young lady Virginia who works the drive thur told me to go ahead and report her and to get out her line. At this point that was the last straw. I sat on the phone holding for 2 hours, waiting for someone from their corporate office to respond. This was a simple trip, no big order and my grandson was in the back sit. It all started when i asked the young lady to put my receipt in the bag. She wasn't acknowledging me, so i thought maybe she just didn't hear me. I repeated my request.    Read moreWorst customer service ever. I believe the young gentleman at the window was training, bc he could not coordinate how to both take orders, and take cash at the window at the same time. My wife asked him if he heard our order, he literally said, " Girl!, I'm taking cash right now. All I wanted to order was two $4 for $4's, he thought I said two #4's. So we pulled up to try and understand what exactly was going on. We cleared up that we didn't want a #4 so he changed it. The manager on duty told him, " that us making decisions at the window, was holding up her drive through time" For him to, "make us pull up." I don't know exactly where to start this review. Running a position, especially Drivethru, requires a certain level of training before one is able to properly take care of guests. The Manager didnt care that the customer could hear through the window, she took the time to wrongly insult me. She spoke out on a situation that she didnt fully take the time to fix. Also, she missed a coaching opportunity with her employee, and not to mention the fact her employee was scared to tell her he made the mistake. She manages through intimidating and bullying her employees and customers. Wendy's, you have to do better. Drive through times? It's getting back to the basics time, and worry about taking care of your customers. I'm usually not this harsh, but I seriously find this unacceptable.    Read moreMy order took 21 minutes to be completed. First i ordered 2 doubles combo meals. They asked me to pull up to the wendys sign. I asked why their response your fries will be ready shortly. 7 minutes later and 4 cars gone through the drive thru i get out of my car and go inside. 2 minutes in there no one helped me. Cashier carrying on personal conversation with relatives i asked where is my order. 2 minutes later im told the meat had to cook. 4 more cars through drive through my mrat is still cooking. 2 customers later inside waiting like me personal conversation between cashier and other employee and those same primary people start laughing and and talking about hair and nails preferences. After 4 sttempts to get my food i get it. My original fries are not hot so i asked for hot fries and i get the bag snatched from its place on the front counter. A minute later i get my order 21 minutes order. This was POOR SERVICE POOR FOOD MANAGEMENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES, POOR TIME MANAGEMEMT (FRIDAY@ 4:10 PM) AND MY SANDWICHES WERE POORLY ASSEMBLED MY TOMATOE SLICE WAS ONLY A HALF OF THE SLICE ONE BURGER HAD NO CHEESE AND MY FINAL PACK OF FRIES WHICH WAS THE ORIGINAL REASON MY ORDER WAS DELAYED WAS OVER COOKED AND MOST OF THEM WERE HARD AS HARD CANDY.
