I am a big fan of ye ole fashion but last night was so disappointing for me . We had planned to bbq but it rained so we made a order to be picked up , I did it online so it would be easier for them to just read what I would like. My granddaughter was over and we were all very hungry. I got there to pick up my order and she handed me the bag I went home and started to take everything out of the bag I noticed that my order was wrong. I had ordered a family size french fry a , Dagwood, a ham Club sandwich, and six mini corn dogs. It cost me approximately $31. What I got was two small fries no corn dogs and a turkey club. I called up and the lady answered the phone asked me to hold on I heard them talking about Grubhub then they came back to the phone and said if you would like to come up here we can give you your food if not we understand if you donāt feel like driving up here. So immediately I thought oh I bet itās OK if you keep my money and I donāt get my food . I told her no I would like my granddaughter to be able to eat so I would come back up there to get the large fry and her corn dogs. When I got there I called to let them know I was waiting in the parking lot so I did not have to wait in the line for the drive-through which was long. The young lady told me I would have to wait because they were cooking the food. I was already aggravated because my sandwich was sitting at home getting soggy, and my 4 year old grand baby was hungry . They were very nonchalant about my food being wrong and I felt like they really didnāt care. Iām not a person who gets on site and just writes bad reviews I like to write good reviews but your service was really bad last night. I wonder how many times people just donāt get their food and itās OK with your company. No effort was made to make it right except for handing me the bag of food. Iām sure Iāll go back but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe a manager should handle customers who food is not right And come out with an sincere apology . Every time I get a sundae (usually to go because I have two small children, one is an infant) they pack it so sloppy that it leaks all over my car on the way home. This time I tried just for a simple dinner on my way home from work for myself and my family. Had been a long day and just needed something easy for dinner. When I got there to pick up my order I learned the burgers I got for everyone didnāt come with fries. I paid $10 EACH for burgers that didnāt even come with fries? I was really confused and thought the fries were just missing until the person at the window said āI can get you fries, they cost $_.ā I donāt remember the price. I declined because Iād already spent more than I would actually taking my family out somewhere for better food and service and really just needed to get home to my infant. If I had bought burgers AND ice cream for my family of three like I originally wanted to do, I would have spent $50. Without tip or tax and without fries lol. I literally could take my family out for way better food and actually sit down in a nice restaurant for less money. Then I was told my order would be done soon and if another car pulled up behind me to just pull around to the front and find a parking space. I went through the drive thru in the first place because THERE WASNāT any parking. So inevitably when another car came up behind me I pulled up and drove around the drive thru and waited until the car that was behind me needed to get through (they somehow got their stuff before I did) and then I had to circle around.. again. I had to do this three times before my food was ready and someone brought it out to me. Again I would have just went inside... but there literally was not a space open to park in. In conclusion Iām really feeling like this place has become sloppy, overpriced, and parking is a nightmare. I gave it a few more chances but I really donāt think Iāll be returning again...

Well, I tried and tried to eat the darned thing bc yknow, I was hungry and 10 bucks is 10 bucks, but I was only able to choke down less than half of this disgusting monstrosity. What was wrong with it? Oh let me count the ways!!! The slaw tasted like it should have been thrown away days ago. The cabbage bits themselves were squishy rather than crisp at all - the only flavor to it was vinegar. I think they forgot to counter it with sugar at all. Toasted roll on a bbq sandwich is weird at best. It could be they were trying to hide the bbq being crunchy. The bbq sauce was extremely pungent - mixed with that high vinegar slaw kind of gave your mouth this explosive feel... All the above could even have been forgiven and overlooked BUT the bbq itself was crunchy. Yes, crunchy. At first I thought maybe a bit of bone but noooo, this was throughout. While some of it was all fresh and juicy, it was mixed in with what I can only assume were the dried up scrapings from the sides of whatever container it sat in for far too long. Perhaps their bbq comes dehydrated and they forgot the water? I just don't know but I do know every bite I managed to eat was loaded with these questionable crunchies. Bbq really should not be crunchy.
I had ordered via a delivery service and was not able to bring it back to the store but had I been freed up and nearby, I absolutely would have! I mean this was just nasty! So I wasted roughly ten bucks on an inedible sandwich I couldn't return.
I don't think I will try any more of their food items and actually, after this, I'm not even sure I want to go back there for ice cream and shakes again!
