Stuffed with a bunch of rude, lazy and incompetent kids! My experience over the last two days was my final straw to just drive all the way to E Main St or even John B White! When I went back to get the order pictured below “corrected” I was addressed with an attitude from staff when trying to let him know there’s supposed to be no sauce in the wings which were meant for my kids. I blame myself for not checking behind the rude and incompetent staff to ensure my order was right despite repeating my name and order 3 times the first time and going back to receive the “corrected order” that was supposedly written down in a book by the manager on duty. I whole heartedly believe who ever answers the phone when receiving a complaint states they are a manager and it doesn’t go any further than that. The whole staff needs to be retrained or replaced by more mature individuals. If this complaint or the ones I left over the phone ever do reach the general or district manager, I hope they do something about it! Read moreWow! I never really write many reviews but I had to do this one. I pulled up to Zaxbys at 9:59PM (yea I know 1 minute before close time) and didn’t realize they close at 10PM. I asked the young man that was at the window are they still open. He replies by saying yes we close at 10. In my mind he didn’t realize what time it was. He then checks his watch and says yes what can I help you with. I proceed to order and he takes my order and my payment with no attitude or issues (I expected one with this late in the work day and they were practically closed). He had the staff to cook the food fresh with the best customer service and attitude I’ve ever seen in the food industry. We ordered 20 TRADITIONAL wings tossed in the nuclear sauce, we were asked Boneless or traditional, when we clearly said TRADITIONAL. We then ordered our little kids meal. Which was the smallest amount and gave our last name even spelled it out for them. The receipt had a completely misspelled version of our name, and when we told them our name (a very easy name) we heard them say why didn't they just use the first name? We get back home, which was a good 10 to 15 minutes away only to have an order of mild wings. 20 mild wings when we asked for nuclear.
