Local, real deal Vietnamese Pho resturant. This discovery came as a recommendation by someone I drove through rideshare. He said this is one of those local hidden gem dives with delicious food. Oh, was he right! The service was good, as were the prices. I tried three appetizers and skipped the entre. The atmoshere is more like a cafeteria but it's the kind of place you go for the authentic food. It was busy, but you seat yourself, no problem, as there's plenty of seating. The next two times I went there for lunch, I had the No. 46 dish. Oh My Gosh!! Sooooo good!!! It has shrimp, beef, chicken, veggies, and thin noodles in a most delicious sauce. You've got to try this dish. I did try the cold spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce, too. They were tasty good. It's a pretty extensive menu, and I can't wait to go back and try more dishes. Great for lunch or dinner. It's not far off the Montrose Rd exit of Rt 64, either and there's places to gas up your car at this exit, and enjoy this Vietnamese restaurant all on one exit. Try it. You'll be...
Read moreI rated this a one because I couldn’t rate it a zero! From start to finish mine and my daughters experience was terrible. Our server which I’m guessing is the owner had a very nasty attitude I got the impression that she didn’t even want to wait on us (we’re African American) skip that she kinda rushed us to order she came back twice after me telling her I wasn’t ready under 2 minutes so we rushed it.. We ended up getting crab ragoons (not to bad) shrimp tempura (wasn’t cooked all the way through) & a tasteless beef phou (literally took one bite of it everything) I then told her we didn’t like the phou nor the appetizers but I would still pay if She could just take off the crab ragoons and shrimp tempura, she looked at me crazy the whole time I talked to her a interrupted me mid sentence to tell me. “That’s what I ordered, that’s what I pay for” they will never get my business again I’m all about seconde chances but I honestly did not feel welcomed...
Read moreToday I went here for the first time and ordered to-go. I ordered #12 Pho and crab rangoon. The rangoons were very small compared to other local restaurants but the taste was pretty good. The sauce it came with was super tasty! The #12 Pho to-go is a make your own situation at home so that was interesting. I was given a large container of broth then a container full of meat, noodles, and variety of veggies, sauces, and herbs. There was also a seperatly bagged bag of sliced meat. So I had to cook the meat and then add all the ingredients and cook for a few minutes. BUT it was very good! I've never had pho before so I can't compare others. But based off the dipping sauce for the rangoon I want to try orange chicken next! The price was a little bit more than others but I'd say it's worth it. I think there's one step to get in the door and a little bump right when you get in but the tables could be easily...
